Very friendly and helpful staff!
Also the location is very good, close to Centraal Station.
Room is simple but clean.

Cons:

Room is quite small and cramped. Bed is not that comfy.

Pros:

Very convenient for Rotterdam Centraal station. 24/7 checkin. Helpful staff. Good breakfast included. 5th floor room away from street was surprisingly quiet.
