Bastante decepcionante
Pros:

Su ubicación cerca de la estación central, y con parada de tranvía enfrente.

Cons:

El personal fue nada hospitalario a nuestra llegada, parecía que molestábamos.
Cuando llegamos a nuestra habitación familiar privada de 4, las camas no estaban hechas. Tuvimos que bajar a por sábanas a la recepción, y hacer nosotros mismos la cama, incluso las de la litera. Es bastante inexplicable pagar 200 euros por noche por una habitación y que no te hagan ni la cama. Entiendo que es un Hostel pero pagando ese pastizal, no puedes encima tener que hacerte la cama. Avisamos a recepción pero como si nada, tuvimos que hacerlo nosotros.
Encima las sábanas estaban sucias.

The first and last time
Pros:

The staff at the reception and the location.

Cons:

The given room was as dusty as an old warehouse. The room was covered with dust on every surface. The bedsheets were so dirty and the bed was covered with food crumbs. I went to reception and asked for a room change. The new room they put me into was still dusty and had dirty sheets.
