Cu aceasta oportunitate ,revin la solicitarea mea anetrioara de a restitui suma de bani 514.13 RON retinuta necuvenit pentru rezervarea nr 5780499480 pyn 2585 .Din nou facem precizarea ca la momentul respectiv nu a functionat site-ul dumneavoastra si pe moment nu a fost facuta o rezervare .Ulterior dupa ce clientul Niculae Stefan a facut o alta rezervare cu nr 6213858529 la acelasi hotel si pentru aceeasi perioada ,am constatat ca existau practic 2 rezervari pentru aceeasi persoana dar pe nume diferite ,insa va rog sa credeti ca am facut rezervarea pentru aceeasi persoana NICULAE STEFAN .

Nahe Lage zur City, aber Probleme mit der Buchung und Kommunikation.

Overbooked en een waardeloos alternstief
Pros:

Niet kunnen beoordelen. Toen we aan kwamen, konden we niet inchecken. Het hotel was overbooked i.v.m. een verbouwing. In plaats van dit een paar dagen van te voren te melden, kregen we het ter plekke te horen. Als alternatief kregen een hotel in Barendrecht aangeboden. De receptioniste zei eerst dat het hotel in Rotterdam was. Maar toen ik haar vertelde dat het adres wat ze me gaf niet in Rotterdam bestond, bleek het een hotel in Barendrecht te zijn. Aan de snelweg en op een industrieterrein, ver buiten het stadscentrum van Rotterdam. Aangezien we afhankelijk zijn van het openaar vervoer was dit een waardeloos alternatief. Het hotel was slecht bereikbaar met bus. In plaats van een gezellig shopweekend in Rotterdam met mijn dochter was het nu vooral veel reizen: wandelen, bus en metro om überhaupt maar in het stadscentrum te komen.

Cons:

Alles. We hadden liever vooraf geweten dat er geen plek voor ons was. We voelen ons misleid en bedrogen door het hotel. Het is een grote schande dat je zo met he gasten om gaat. Pas op het moment dat we bij de receptie stonden bleek het hotel vol. Er waren minder kamers beschikbaar als gevolg van een verbouwing. Een verbouwing zie je volgens mij aankomen. Dit had eerder aan ons gecommuniceerd moeten worden!
