pas de personnel dans la journée et le soir pas de chauffage dans la salle de bain et peu dans la chambre personne au bar en fin de journée et le midi dommage car l établissement a du potentiel on ne sent pas d implication de la direction le personnel fait ce qu ' il peut

Vieillot et des travaux de finition serais à prévoir
Faisant une course tôt le matin j’ai demander pour avoir un café avant l’heure d’ouverture. La réceptionniste m’a dis qu’elle me tiendrai au courant de l’accord ou non du chef … chose que j’attend encore aujourd’hui

Cons:

Niet kunnen beoordelen omdat we ondanks de bevestiging van onze boeking we 2 keer aan een gesloten deur geweest. We arriveerden zoals besproken om 15:00 uur en stonden aan een gesloten deur. Daarom na een wandeling en drankje bij een nabijgelegen cafeetje om 17:00 uur teruggekeerd. Wederom niemand aanwezig en een gesloten hotel. Op de deur hing een briefje met een telefoonnummer dat we konden bellen bij afwezigheid. Ondanks diverse pogingen en inspreken van voicemail geen contact kunnen krijgen. Op de website stond een ander telefoonnummer waarop vermeld werd dat hotel gesloten was wegens vakantie. Dus toen maar een ander hotel bezocht. Gelukkig was daar nog plek zodat we toch in Bouillon konden overnachten.

Restaurant naast het hotel was zeer goed. Mosselen zijn in vele variaties te bestellen. Berdiening was vlot en netjes

De receptie was gesloten. Ernaast was een restaurant met dezelfde naam als het hotel, daar maar gevraagd of het hotel open is. Dit werd bevestigd, eerst maar in het restaurant gegeten-

Pros:

Voor ons verblijf van 3 nachten hadden we een ruime kamer toegewezen gekregen, dewelke een tijdje geleden vernieuwd was, voorzien van alle comfort: bad/douche, apart toilet, zithoekje,... dit alles uitgevoerd in een warme stijl. Net zoals de eetzaal die nog steeds een grandeur uitstraalt van weleer. Het ontbijt werd ons bijkomend aangeboden zonder meerkost, en was gewoon voldoende. De dame die het ontbijt verzorgde en ook instond voor onze kamer was uitermate vriendelijk. Wij wensen dan ook de vriendelijke recentelijk nieuwe eigenaar veel succes met de verdere uitbouw van dit prachtig gelegen etablissement grenzend aan de Semois en de Burcht!

Could be so much better.

Cons:

Breakfast was poor. I thought it was a joke when I went downstairs to eat breakfast!
No fruit, no toasting facilities, no cereal. The list of what wasn’t there is longer than what was there.

Le lieu, la tranquillité, la femme de chambre d'une grande gentillesse mais ayant trop à faire

Cons:

La pro5preté un vêtement tombé dans la garde-robe était blanc de poussière. Les sols des communs jamais nettoyé durant mon séjour de 5 jours. Les essuies mains pas changés
