Estancia agradable y descanso
Pros:

El desayuno está regular, muy pequeño el desayunador. La Piscina está muy bien, tranquila y limpia. La habitación con toallas un poco viejas.
En general está bien, agregaría chilaquiles y frijolitos al desayuno y cambiaría las toallas.

Room was large and comfortable.

Cons:

Staff didn't greet right away and continued conversation with other staff. I had to ring bell for attention. Location is bit noisy. Kitchen was being remodeled so breakfast only grab and go cold items.

We would definitely stay there again.
Pros:

The entire staff was kind and helpful. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was good. It was also a good location. Our room was spacious and surprisingly quiet considering we are on a main road.

Cons:

The fold out sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable.

La ubicación excelente, fácil de llegar, accesos claros y sencillos, todo esta cerca, plazas, carreteras, restaurantes, todo muy bien, el desayuno esta bien, muy buena opción en relación a calidad-precio

Cons:

Tengo una duda sobre un cargo adicional de 50 USD que tengo en mi tarjeta, la habitación la pague antes de llegar, pero al llegar se me hizo un cargo adicional, no se si solo fue como depósito en garantía y si es que se va a reembolsar.

They don’t have the services the say online, the receptionist was rude and laughing after we asked him questions it was a BAD experience this hotel is not worth it, look for another hotel DO NOT go to this one

Clean, comfortable, convenient
Pros:

Upon a recommendation from a friend, we chose this Best Western for a stop as we passed through El Paso. It was very conveniently located off the freeway and it was close to dining options. It was very hot, but inside our room it was cool and the AC was relatively quiet. The room was large and it was very clean. The bed was comfortable. We had breakfast in the breakfast room and I thought that having a Texas- shaped waffle iron was a fun idea! The gentleman at the desk when we checked in was nice and we appreciated the bottled water and treats we received.
