There was no cold water even when I ran it for 10 min. It made it difficult to have my son take a shower.

This stay was by far the worst experience ever.
Pros:

I was not informed the restaurant was closed. Couldn’t have breakfast.

Cons:

Upon arrival, I checked in, they didn’t clean my room. So someone came and did it while I was unpacking. Then I went to take a shower and no hot water. I felt mislead, and when I asked about hot water they just brushed me off.

Other than the foregoing we had a good time.
Pros:

Breakfast was very good. Good value too. Generous portions. Great service!

Cons:

We understand the facility is undergoing renovations. We had a problem with hot water. Not warm enough. We plan on visiting next year. Hopefully you will have completed the renovations by then.

We enjoyed our stay, and we are looking forward to coming back once the renovation is completed.
Pros:

Was fairly comfortable, clean and quiet.

Cons:

This hotel is in the process of renovating. With that said, yes it does need it. Some things looked like they were falling apart mostly in the bathroom. Shower rod was tilted so the shower curtain wouldn't close all the way, the rest was all cosmetic.

Pros:

The location was perfect for our quick trip and stay. The room was at least clean.

Cons:

Was in what seemed to be an old room. I thought the hotel had been renovated. Shower was hot as devil's piss and I couldn't adjust the temperature. Which means I didn't get a full shower. The time to check both in and out seemed to take much longer than necessary.

Renovation Needed
Pros:

The location is 20 minutes away from Lake Tahoe and close to several restaurants.

Cons:

The furniture was very outdated, the carpet was ripped up, and the bath towels were dirty.

I would compare my stay to equivalent to staying at a Motel 6.
Pros:

Breakfast was fine. Our server was excellent

Cons:

Maintenance was lacking. Our toilet was in poor shape and needed repair during our stay. The A/C unit sounded like a lawn mower starting up, every time it went on. No cocktail service in the gaming area.
