Remodeling!! NO Breakfast!

The actual room was great.

Cons:

I have medical issues and was in Houston for medical treatment.- this hotel was a bad choice!
NO Elevator!
NO morning coffee in the lobby!
NO breakfast!
If I had known all this when I was choosing a place to stay, i would have stayed somewhere else.. this was a ripoff! Do I blame Baymont or Booking.com???

the professional service for the staff, and a quiet night, although the staff mentioned it is in remodeling

Cons:

The pool is out of the service not mentioned before, the sofa bed is stained and dirty. the control TV doesnt work

Pros:

Nothing this property needs to be rebuilt from the ground up. This hotel is a cat fish not what the picture shows.

Cons:

The pool was the nastiest It was black with trash floating around in it. Also the black guy sitting at the gate is scary.

The building was in an unsafe area and and the hotel was on renovation and they didn’t have a room for us even though they accepted our booking. The pool was black when we arrived. You didn’t even say that the hotel was on the renovation and it was limited space. We were very disappointed that we booked the booking.com and we wasn’t given all the full information.
