WiFi is not really working. I ended up with my phone as hotspot all the time.

Letto non era matrimoniale come richiesto ma due letti singoli uniti un po' scomodo, asciugamani uno solo grande x 2 persone sarebbe meglio 2 asciugamani x 2 persone anche più piccoli, albergo avrebbe bisogno di più manutenzione

Stanza terribile , carenze sotto tutto punti di vista, buchi sui muri, pavimenti fatiscenti, bagno con rubinetteria ossidata e sanitari macchiati, tv non funzionante, neon non funzionante, cassaforte con un buco laterale, porta d’ingresso forzata

Purtroppo erano in corso dei lavori e non ho potuto usufruire della camera al piano terra che preferivo.
Abbiamo apprezzato molto l’accoglienza, la pulizia e il comfort della struttura. Ci siamo sentiti a nostro agio e tutto è stato all’altezza delle nostre aspettative. Non abbiamo riscontrato nulla di negativo.
Un soggiorno davvero piacevole, che ha reso la nostra permanenza a Torino ancora più bella. Ci siamo trovati benissimo e torneremmo sicuramente con piacere!
Desayuno estuvo aceptable y el personal tanto del restaurante y recepción cordiales.
El hotel en general se ve muy mal tenido. La instalaciones se ven viejas y sucias. La habitación horrible.... todo viejo y sucio. El water manchado de óxido, la mampara en los bordes llena de moho, el suelo en las esquinas lleno de mugre y polvo, la papelera del baño llena de basura del huesped anterior, las paredes y puertas sucias, y se nota que no han pintado la habitación en muuuchos años. Las lamparas laterales de las camas no servían. Los interruptores de la luz en varios puntos les faltaban los botones y el aire acondicionado suena como la turbina de un avión. Por último, las persianas no les cabe más polvo y la cuerda estaba negra de lo sucia que estaba. Para ser supuestamente un 4 estrellas la verdad que no merece esa categoría.

La maleducazione degli ospiti....arrivavano a qualsiasi ora della notte , senza nessuna forma di rispetto per gli altri che dormivano.
Se come nel mio caso ho avuto la sfortuna di avere la Camera rivolta in strada....ancora peggio.
Bagni sporchi/con grande bisogno di rinnovo, soprattutto per una questione di igiene.
