La porta difettosa non si apriva ed ho dovuto chiamare la receptionist, nella stanza mancanza assoluta di un citofono, telefono, per comunicare con la reception.

Ho dovuto aspettare per poter fare una recensione non di impulso che sarebbe stata decisamente negativa; le uniche cose positive sono state la posizione, il letto ed il personale che ha cercato di essere disponibile e cortese.

Cons:

Non mi spiego quali siano gli standard per dare 4 stelle ad una struttura alberghiera... Stanze (ne abbiamo cambiate 2 perché il secondo giorno non funzionava il riscaldamento in camera) decisamente trascurate, mura scrostate, pavimento senza battiscopa, bagni con rubinetteria piena di calcare, box doccia con sporco atavico e muffa sulle giunture in silicone, ragnatele negli angoli, frigobar vuoto (la prima notte non sapendo che l'acqua si "poteva chiedere" in reception) non avevamo visto che il frigo era desolatamente vuoto e spento. Colazione abbondante e di buona qualità con personale gentile e disponibile, ma per farla bisogna uscire dalla struttura alberghiera e fare 20 metri a piedi per entrare nella sala colazione... Assurdo per un 4 stelle fare uscire i clienti per la colazione... Se piove?!?

Not related to this hotel in particular, but for all hotels I now visit, I would wish that they show and directly tell customers a clear policy on phone use in breakfast areas, because the number of people taking video calls, using loudspeaker and watching TV in public spaces has become intolerable, and it's up to hotels to make some rules clear and reduce this antisocial behaviour.
