The staff were kind and helpful, but the hotel is outdated, the room was not clean or comfortable

The staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming.

Cons:

The hotel is old, the room was not clean, the bed was uncomfortable, the room had an unpleasant smell, and the air conditioning did not work properly. There was also renovation work taking place throughout the day, which was very noisy and disturbed our stay.

Allora partiamo dal presupposto che io non so nulla nell'ambito degli hotel, ma essendo un 4 stelle mi aspettavo qualcosa di gran lunga migliore... Parto col dire che l'hotel stava proprio nel bel mezzo di ristrutturazioni e a mio parere dovrebbe essere chiuso perché tra polvere e rumori non è bello da far trovare ad un hotel di 4 STELLE. La seconda cosa, che per me è assurdo, nelle camere non funziona l'aria condizionata, ho incontrato altri clienti e mi hanno detto che nelle loro camere l'aria usciva CALDA! Già facevano 38 gradi nelle camere pure l'aria calda proprio no... Per risolvere questa cosa del caldo l'hotel ha messo a disposizione un numero limitato di ventilatori... Ovviamente quando ne ho chiesto uno anche io erano finiti... Me lo sono dovuto comprare da solo alle 23:30 di notte perché la mia compagna stava avendo attacchi d'asma per colpa del caldo... Ci siamo veramente trovati malissimo e mi dispiace veramente per quei ragazzi che stanno alla reception che si devono beccare gli insulti della gente... È un peccato perché sta in un ottima posizione e le camere... Dovrebbero sistemarle un po... Tipo cambiare i tavolini, le staffe dei televisori nuovi (perché quello che abbiamo trovato noi stava inclinato di 30° e ci è venuto il torci collo per guardarla) e una antenna televisiva che funzioni!

Balcone pieno di cicche. Aria condizionata non funzionante. Era già così la settimana prima. Termoarredo del bagno perdeva acqua e gli asciugamani su di esso erano quindi inutilizzabili. Tutto riferito alla reception

Il personale è stato gentile ed è intervenuto prontamente per riarmare il quadro elettrico al piano

Cons:

L'hotel era in ristrutturazione, con disagi dovuti al rumore per i lavori in corso. Il secondo giorno l'aria condizionata era fuori uso ed in camera faceva caldissimo. Infine, per due volte le prese di corrente della camera sono andate in corto!
