Staff were incredible!
Bedrooms and corridors very tired and carpets and rugs filthy. Downstairs very well maintained. We were initially given a room supposed to be a Junior Suite which it was not. Smelly, tiny, dark and not at all like the photos on the website. Staff super and moved us finally to a Junior Suite but we should not have had to push when we had paid up front with Booking.com the full amount. If we had booked directly with the hotel would this have happened🤔 The new room was nice but tired and please dump the rug!
Les chambres 115 et 117 ne sont pas dignes d’un 4 étoiles,
Chambres 117, petite salle de bains, pas de places pour poser une trousse de toilette. WC juste de la place
pour rentrer tellement il est petit,coffre fort au fond d’une armoire il faut être à genoux pour mettre
les affaires.
Chambre 115, le lavabo est un petit lave-mains, coffre pareil
Très déçue mais je leur ai dit sur place et par écrit
Ils sont désolés c’est tout.

- fantastisk personal - service väl i klass med ett 5-stjärnigt hotell,
- fri shuttle till/från backen med hotellets egen transport. Direkt avgörande vid valet av hotell då Chamonix inte är en ski-in /ski-out ort,
- fick skidutrustningen levererad utan kostnad, av skidföretaget som hotellet samarbetar med, till skidskåpet. Utrustningen stod i skidskåpet dagen efter då jag skulle iväg. Personalen gick till och med in och hämtade utrustningen och bar ut den till bilen,
- fräscht hotell i sin helhet med SPA - avdelning och trevliga utrymmen i lobbyn,
- bodde i ett fint rum med balkong som aldrig kändes trångt med utsikt mot Brevent,
- utmärkt läge mitt i city,
- behövde aldrig vänta länge i receptionen för att få hjälp,
Hotellet var så trevligt att jag mer än gärna kommer tillbaka!
Enda anmärkningen är att det saknas takljus i rummet förutom i hallen.

Foi feito uma pré-autorização (caução) no valor de 100 euros, para cobrir possíveis despesas extras no hotel, no meu cartão de débito da Wise. Precisei entrer em contato com o hotel por e-mail para solicitar o cancelamento da pré-autorização. Após algumas trocas de mensagens a atendente Daniela conseguir realizar o cancelamento da pré-autorização.
Tout s’est bien passé en général. J’aimerais souligner la sympathie et le professionnalisme de Daniela (assistante à la réception), qui nous a apporté une solution à notre petit problème.Mbc
L'hotel très bien situé, la vue sur le Brevent, la chambre spacieuse , le personnel en général tres agréable .

La température de la piscine un peu froide même si elle etait indiquée à 29 degrés.
Les œufs brouillés au petit dejeuner étaient froid, seul point négatif du PDJ.
