Konumu çok iyiydi. Odalar temiz ve rahattı. Çocuk için de yer yatağı vardı. Ama rahattı.
5. katta kalmamız sebebiyle odanın büyük balkonu vardı. Manzarası çok güzeldi.
Otelin içinden Skipas alınabiliyor.
Çalışanlar gayet yardımsever.
Genel olarak memnun kaldık.

Cons:

Kahvaltı sıradan sayılabilir. Daha fazla çeşit olabilir. Muz vs meyve yoktu. Peynir çeşidi azdı.

A 3 night stay to visit family, it’s a great location to stay with easy access to the town and amenities.
Pros:

Nice central location. Rooms were perfect size for a short break and nice and clean

Cons:

I think they would greatly benefit from having Netflix, Amazon Prime apps etc on the TV’s, there is nothing to watch if you don’t speak French. I travel a fair bit and most of the hotels I stay in have this facility.

Pros:

L hôtel est bien placé, parking payant a disposition. Le petit déjeuner buffet était très bien. Le spa est joli, mais peut de place pour s'assoir.

Cons:

La salle de bain et les WC, mérite un rafraîchissement.

L espace bien être est en décrépitude... l eau de la piscine est froide et il manque partout de la mosaïque ça fait négligé c est dommage pcq la piscine elle même est chouette un bon rafraîchissement et une ambiance coucouning serait top du top à mon sens et pour les salles de bain il faut vraiment faire quelque chose c est une catastrophe on a peur de s électrocuter en prenant une douche ...

Do not stay anywhere else!
Pros:

A beautiful hotel, with beautiful views of Mont Blanc and the resort is all around you! Super close to ski shops, Aguilla di midi and next to the river! And then on top of this, the staff were impeccable!! Yan, the driver, is the nicest man, will take you anywhere you need to go in their EV VW minibus, and will talk you through the slopes so you choose the right one! This man changed our holiday!

Everything was perfect !

Cons:

I would have liked a handbasin in the toilet . I found it strange to use the toilet and then go into another room to wash my hands . There was plenty of room for a handbasin.

Pros:

Bon accueil, la chambre standard au 1er etage bien que petite était confortable propre avec une belle terrasse au calme, l'espace détente était très bien, certes le SPA mérite une rénovation, je crois que c'est prévu pour le mois d'avril, mais il était parfait après une journée d'efforts, le sauna était très bien. Le personnel très aimable, on a passé un très bon moment dans cet hôtel parfaitement situé dans chamonix.

Pros:

L’emplacement tres bien avec parking (payant), le calme de la rue, personnel à l’accueil sympathique.

Cons:

L’hôtel ne relève pas d’un 4 étoiles, les couloirs sont défraîchis, la salle de bain petite et les toilettes ont besoin d’un sérieux rafraîchissement.
Il faudrait également pousser un peu plus le ménage, évacuation de l’évier moisie.
