L’emplacement tres bien avec parking (payant), le calme de la rue, personnel à l’accueil sympathique.
L’hôtel ne relève pas d’un 4 étoiles, les couloirs sont défraîchis, la salle de bain petite et les toilettes ont besoin d’un sérieux rafraîchissement.
Il faudrait également pousser un peu plus le ménage, évacuation de l’évier moisie.

The beds were comfortable. The view from our pair of rooms was great.
The breakfast buffet was a bit chaotic. There often weren’t enough cups and plenty of things (like butter) kept running out. The egg boiler water didn’t cover the whole egg. While the reception staff were great, those in the restaurant were easily overwhelmed.
There was no chance of getting a spot on the shuttle to the ski slopes.

Aamiainen oli aika suppea, ja jatkuvasti joku asia oli loppu. TUntui siltä kuin henkilökunta olisi joka aamu yllättynyt kuinka paljon vieraita oli aamiaisella.
Staff were incredible!
Bedrooms and corridors very tired and carpets and rugs filthy. Downstairs very well maintained. We were initially given a room supposed to be a Junior Suite which it was not. Smelly, tiny, dark and not at all like the photos on the website. Staff super and moved us finally to a Junior Suite but we should not have had to push when we had paid up front with Booking.com the full amount. If we had booked directly with the hotel would this have happened🤔 The new room was nice but tired and please dump the rug!
Les chambres 115 et 117 ne sont pas dignes d’un 4 étoiles,
Chambres 117, petite salle de bains, pas de places pour poser une trousse de toilette. WC juste de la place
pour rentrer tellement il est petit,coffre fort au fond d’une armoire il faut être à genoux pour mettre
les affaires.
Chambre 115, le lavabo est un petit lave-mains, coffre pareil
Très déçue mais je leur ai dit sur place et par écrit
Ils sont désolés c’est tout.
