A great place to come after partying all night.
Pros:

Didn't stay for breakfast. I didn't know exactly how bad the surrounding area was and that there was a porn shop right down from us. A very seedy location. The hotel was fine the location not so much. Plus wasn't made aware anywhere on the site about the $100 deposit for any room damage. I almost cancelled right there, but was told if everything checked out I'd get it back the same week and it did.

Cons:

The location was okay. General area easy off the highway. Specific property complicated to find because tucked behind other buildings.

Inexpensive clean, small room. Bring soap. No freezer.
Pros:

Room was clean, although small.

Cons:

Refrigerator had no freezer section - couldn't refreeze blue ice in car cooler. You have to bring your own soap. They have shower gel high on the wall. So you couldn't take a bath. And using that stuff for a shower takes forever - and you don't really get clean. I suspect this was a cost savings decision but given how much hot water is required, I'm sure they're just wasting money.

Comfortable for a 1 night, passing thru stay.
Pros:

Comfortable and relatively clean. Close to highway.

Cons:

Construction workers hanging out in the parking lot and upper walkway / balcony. Luckily they went to their rooms by 10ish or so and we didn't hear any more from them.

Pros:

Facilities were nice and mostly clean. The staff was friendly and always seemed happy to talk with us during our interactions.
They always allow us an early check in.

Cons:

Beds were a bit hard, I found an old coffee packet in the maker, and did encounter a bug in the room on our last night.

Pros:

I liked everything about this place. Was a GREAT value and located only a short drive to downtown (6 miles/15 mins in traffic). It's surrounded by places to eat and gas stations (within walking distance). Parking near our room door was a breeze. Enjoyed our stay for 3 nights! Is pet friendly, which is why I booked it initially, but ultimately we didn't bring our dogs. The ice machine worked perfectly and there was a mini fridge in the room.

Cons:

I disliked nothing. All amenities were explained well in advance and our expectations were met properly. There is only coffee offered in the mornings, and the pet fee is free for the first dog and $15/night for the second. Two dogs max up to 80lbs each.
