We were thankful to know we could count on a clean comfortable room each time we stayed .
Pros:

Fair and reasonably priced. Location is easily accessible to the interstate, beach restaurants and shopping .
We have had to stay here several times over the last six weeks to repair and prepare a house we are selling . Even with late arrivals and very late work hours we were always able to access staff if needed, find safe and convenient parking, have hot showers and tumble exhausted into a clean, comfortable bed with decent air conditioning or heat as needed. We also appreciated the very large grassy area for walking our puppies .

Cons:

El secador de pelo y el microondas no funcionaban en mi habitación. El pasamanos se veía sucio. Las coronas de la habitación tiene agujeros pequeños como de comejen.

Not a good value for such an abused room
Pros:

Fun decor, good staff

Cons:

Damaged and disrepair everywhere from marked up hallways to room. Curtain slide broken, couch ripped apart, broken heating (we had to use a space heater!)

Pros:

Room was clean, except floor and coffee maker

Cons:

The refrigerator did not work. There was no ice on neither of the ice maker. And bad connection with TV.

Not worth the money...

Reasonably priced

Cons:

Do NOT pay for the "premium" room upgrade. We made that mistake. We were supposed to have "plush, pillowtop mattress with upgraded bedding and extra pillows", a "spa-like" bathroom with luxury towels and shampoo/body wash, a mini fridge stocked with water/juice, and a snack box.

The bed was hard and definitely NOT a pillow top. The linens were cheap and scratchy, not "upgraded." See the attached pictures of the "spa-like" bathroom with "luxury towels." The towels were scratchy and could not even wrap completely around a small adult. The body wash was completely empty. The ice machine was broken and we were not informed of that upon check-in. We receive one individual bottle of orange juice and one bottle of water. The "snack box" was a single serve bag of chips, a granola bar, and single serving of trail mix. There were people yelling or making noise all night, people loitering in the parking lot at all hours, and one person was arrested in the parking lot.

We have stayed here numerous times but WILL NOT be staying here on our next visit to St. Augustine. The hotel has gone downhill tremendously.

Pros:

The staff was super nice attentive and professional.

Cons:

I thought this was a hotel i was uncomfortable with my room opening to the parking lot and the fact everytime I left the room my key would not let me in I had to constantly go to the office to get assistance even in my pajamas so embarrassing
