L’air climatisé faisait un gros bruit qui pouvait être dérangeant parfois et une équipe sportive d’enfant était en visite et ils étaient tous dans la piscine et le spa (ce n’est pas un problème), mais ils hurlaient du style qui crie le plus fort donc nous ne sommes pas rester longtemps dans l’eau.

Sauna not operating. Public washrooms dirty no toilet paper the entire day. They drained and cleaned the hot tub during the time it would be in use rather than during quiet hours making unusable due to cold temperatures.

The porters do not help quests in any way with luggage which is very bad in my opinion. And I think the tall slim man which seems to be the head of the front desk is very unfriendly

1. The windows do not open! I like to sleep with a window cracked open a bit for some circulation of fresh air at night. Not able to do this, it got really stuffy and made for a difficult sleep. I woke up with a migraine due to this. I tried to turn on the ac/fan but it smelled musty and old.

2. The pool area. While in the pool and hot tub, there was another family who used up the last of the pool towels. When called the front desk to ask for more for when I got out, I was told had to go to front desk to sign some out. I was dripping wet and bare foot forced to walk through the lobby for a towel. No signs anywhere starting this before getting into the pool. There was a light in the hot tub hanging out of its socket, under water with wires exposed and staff did not seem too worried. The sauna (i was excited fot) was closed or out of service.

3. Breakfast was mediocre. It made it a very awkward experience with the housekeeping staff there. Anytime anyone would go to get something, she would almost push her way in to suddenly try and clean who knows what. No spills or anything. Seems like she just liked getting in the way. I went to get a coffee and basically pushed .e out of the way to change the pretty much empty garbage right at that moment. When not down below getting in the way. She was awkwardly standing up top glaring and staring at everyone instead of gong to clean rooms or other areas of the hotel. It made it all in all a uncomfortable breakfast experience.

4. The cleanliness of the room seems to have been missed. The ac unit was extremely dusty and dirty like it had never been wiped down. There was hair all over in the bedsheets and pillows that was NOT mine. I noticed them as I pulled back the sheets to get into bed. Then noticed a bunch on the pillows too. It was really gross to see that. Being 10pm by then, there was no housekeepers there to give me fresh sheets. I was stuck sleeping in a bed with someone else's hair.
