EVERYTHING!!!! Holes in the wall everywhere a leak in almost every ceiling. Carpet is disgusting, food was terrible, no staff, elevator didn’t work. Blood on the actually mattress. No towels for pool, smells terrible. Loud all night, dog food all through the halls, sheets extremely itchy. I can go on and on just a terrible experience.
How close it is as to Notre Dame Stadium
I received a call midweek from the “manager” saying they had water damage in some of their rooms and that I had to cancel my reservation from the third party site I used. I explained that why can’t I be accommodated and put in a different room since their site was showing king rooms still available. The manager kept telling me to cancel my reservation because I wasn’t going to have a room when I checked in. He was very unprofessional and rude! We contacted booking.com customer service and they called and emailed the hotel with no answer. Finally we called 1 day before our check in day and the person who answered told me that my reservation was confirmed. The day of check in we arrive at the hotel after 3 pm and was told that our room was not ready and that we had to wait 15-20 minutes. So we waited about 30, went up to our room and the bed was not made and personal belongings were still there from the previous guests. We go back down to the front desk and they tell us that the housekeeper was on their way to finish our room. We had to wait another 15 minutes. Also the elevator was not working, they should have put a sign on it and closed it off because my husband and I and another couple almost got stuck in it. I have stayed In many hotels and motels and this has been the worse experience I’ve ever had. This hotel is not worth your hard earned money.
We arrived 2 hours after check in time (3:00pm) and we were told our room was not ready and it would not be ready for another 4 hours. Staff did nothing to help accommodate us and we were told we could not cancel. We were not able to check in until 11pm and after we finally got to our room, the room was not very clean. The coffee table was disgusting, the side table drawers were falling out, there were pennies on the floor. When asking about a discount for our inconvenience the staff refused because we “already were getting a discount” but that is because I had booked the room 2 months in advance and they were now charging double the price for the same room because there was a concert in town.
The breakfast was always hot and ready .
There were no towels in the room we had to take them from the pool until the finally brought us some on the 3rd day. The room had ants. Had to go down and ask for toilet paper as they don’t answer their phone. Our key cards reset and had to be re magnetized everyday.

How I was treated very disrespectful
It was dirty, the whole place. There were several extended stay people on the second floor. Side doors propped open . People smoking pot outside etc. I checked in online and it took ten minutes for the manager to come to the desk.
Floors dirty, elevator smelled like smoke, walls dirty. The fire alarm had a 1 ft hole cut around in the dry wall, didn’t patch it up.
It was not clean at all. Sheets stained, carpets stained, wall had brown spots smeared into it
The Breakfast was amazing, it was all the comfort food of Home away from Home and more! The location was perfectly located to all the stores and easy to get to.
I couldn't come up with any complaints! Our stay was awesome and we look forward to our next stay!
I always like the waffles they also had sausage and gravey and ugly looking eggs. The reg. breakfast foods were fine and they had some fresh fruit.
It did not look clean when I walked it. My room was clean except for carpet, bath room fan did not work and there was no interior lock, it had been taken off. The TV did not work and had to be replaced and the new one did not pair with remote so they replaced it again the next moring as it was already 11 p.m. When I called about the TV he said he was coming and after waiting quite a while I stepped out to look for him and got locked out. Had to go downstairs to get new key. Next day when I came back I dould not get into my room, the orig keys and the extra key would not work. Again had to get new keys. Gentleman at the desk was trying and was friendly, however when I spoke with cleaning people I could ot understand them as English was not the strong point. The stay was OK, location was great, it was just up to my usual stays at a Comfort Inn. I needs a good cleaning and update.

There was black mold in our bathroom the 1st room smelled like marijauna and the carpets in the hallways were loose and I tripped multiple times on them the whole motel smelled like water damage and the outside grounds had trash everywhere. The comforter on one bed had obvious cigarette burn marks on it as well.
Clocks didn’t show the right time.
Water from shower made a big puddle out to the bathroom floor.
There was not one thing that stood out to me at this location, even upon getting there it was bad right off the start
There was half dressed men in the hallways the smell of marijuana was repulsive. It was just a busy loud hotel and when we got there and finally did get settled in and I woke up to a bedbug on me. We took pictures and videos reported it to staff, and they still refuse to give us a refund for $95. The management is poor. The staff is ignorant. I’ve had to dispose of all of our luggage that was in the room granite. It’s been infested.
