Bathroom was dirty

Dirty pubic hair on my sheets. People smoked in the hotel poor quality on most breakfast food the bathroom off the pool lobby no toilet paper hand soap or paper towels

The place has huge moisture problems caused by the pool mold was on the ceiling in the lobby. The hotel needs a deep and thorough cleaning. Shower towel smelt burnt. The toilet and the showerhead in the bathroom are very loose. and the shower had mold. Paint was peeling in the bathroom and you can see where they had previous leaks and repair them and the tiles on the floor popping. Location is great and the price was very reasonable would be a great location if they would put more money into the hotel and give it a really good thorough cleaning.

Cleaner facility; better quality breakfast

Your company is price gouging. I stayed Thursday night it was 96.00. Then had to stay the next nights d I paid 184.00. Ridiculous!!!

My only complaint about our stay was the overall cleanliness of the property.

Upon arrival, there was trash overflowing onto the ground near the entrance doors. As I approached the front entrance, I also noticed that the windows and entry doors were quite dirty and in need of attention. The lobby itself appeared clean and orderly, but as we made our way to our room, the first thing I noticed was a cold air return vent in the hallway that was completely covered in dust.

While the hallway carpets appeared to be in decent condition, they were in need of a thorough vacuuming and deep cleaning. In addition, there were a few burned-out light bulbs above the whirlpool area. Our room overlooked the back of the hotel, where there was visible trash scattered in the wooded area. While this may have been caused by a recent storm, it appeared to have been there for some time and did not create a pleasant view from our room.

The following morning, when preparing coffee, I discovered that the previous guest's used coffee filter had been left in the coffee maker and had not been removed during cleaning. I also noticed what appeared to be sand or debris at the bottom of the whirlpool tub, requiring us to rinse it out before use.

During breakfast, the tile floor in the lobby area was noticeably sticky, almost as though syrup had been spilled and not properly cleaned.

It is often the small details that make the biggest difference, and first impressions tend to leave a lasting impact. Unfortunately, there were several cleanliness concerns throughout our stay that suggest this location may be struggling to keep up with housekeeping and maintenance standards. Whether this is due to staffing challenges or another issue, I cannot say.

Overall, while our stay was otherwise satisfactory, the cleanliness issues significantly impacted our experience. Based on these observations, I do not believe I would choose to stay at this location again
