Le calme de l’hôtel et son emplacement. Le cadre de la salle à manger et le petit déjeuner.

Cons:

L’eau froide dans la salle de bain, dès le soir de mon arrivée et le lendemain matin. La personne à l’accueil ne m’en a pas avertie à mon arrivée, et on m’a demandée d’attendre l’arrivée du plombier le lendemain matin. Manque d’information et de soutien de la part du personnel qui semblait ne rien gérer.

Excellent hotel that I really enjoyed staying at.
Pros:

This is an excellent hotel and definitely the best one I have stayed at in Brussels. Comfortable room with ensuite bathroom. Rooms were quiet and peaceful. Very clean and tidy. Good selection of food and drink at breakfast from 7-10 am. Fantastic location in Etterbeek, close to a big park and just a 5 minute walk to Merode underground station. Definitely recommend this place, it exceeded my expectations. It really was fantastic.

Cons:

The only slight thing was that it seemed like there was no one on reception most of the time. But they were probably just out back and if I ever needed anything someone did come to the desk.

Pros:

Posizione super comoda al Parc du Centenaire, un parco bellissimo e vicino alla zona del Parlamento europeo. Check-in velocissimo (letteralmente 20 secondi) e staff cordiale. Buona camera e letto molto comodo. Fermata della metro a breve distanza.

Cons:

Puzza di fumo all'entrata della camera, stanza con vicino la caldaia che produce un rumore costante. Bagno con vasca sistemata a mò di doccia, un pò scomoda.

Pros:

Nagyon közel van a belvároshoz, egy park mellett. Közel vannak boltok (pl. Carefour) és éttermek. A metróval minden elérhető, a szállás a metrótól 6 percre van. A személyzet nem nyomul, nem mutogatja magát, hanem ott van, ha kell. A wifi jó, a kád kényelmes, a wc jól működik, a fűtés rendben volt, a hűtő jól működött.

Cons:

Nagyon kevés a lámpa, ha kocsival jöttünk volna, biztosan veszek vagy kettőt, hogy lássunk. Mindezeken túl semmi problémám nem volt, mindenkinek szeretettel ajánlanám ezt a szállást.

Nice area, close to a large park. The hotel is clean and the staff was friendly, nice breakfast buffet.

Cons:

The interior is a bit old fashioned, which in itself has its charm. However, the age of the bed impacted the comfort, so this could perhaps be replaced soon.
