Swiss cottage
Pros:

My room on this stay was on the third floor.the room size was good with two windows and a nice outlook.it was nice and clean and had tea coffee and nice towels, etc.

Cons:

The bed was two singles together but not uncomfortable.but I prefer double as expected.

Average hotel, dated decor but location was good.
Pros:

Location was great. The bar was nice, and reception was helpful.

Cons:

It was too hot in the bedroom. The heating was on full blast, and it was very noisy all night. The pillows were also very hard it was an uncomfortable night.
Breakfast was nice and hot, coffee was lovely however the breakfast staff were not helpful and not welcoming.

Just had a lovely stay at the Best Western Swiss Cottage Hotel.
We came with friends and we all really enjoyed our stay. The rooms were lovely and clean and beds very comfy. We had breakfast included and there was a fantastic choice of continental items and hot breakfast choices. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was great with nearby tube and buses into the City. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend this hotel to anyone coming to visit London.

Pros:

Great location for tube, and buses. Room was very big. Decent freshly cooked breakfast. Would use again if I was in the Camden area.

Building work outside, but that's not the hotels fault.

Muy contentos!!!
Pros:

Me gustó mucho su ubicación, con una parada de metro (Swiss Cottage) a 1 minuto.
La habitación bastante bien. Con calefacción, buenas cortinas para la luz y además dejan café.
Servicio de limpieza excelente.
Personal de recepción muy amable.
Es buena opción para repetir cuando volvamos a Londres.

Cons:

Es un poco antiguo y un poco caro, pero teniendo en cuenta como están los alojamientos en Londres…
