Die Hälfte der Fliesen im Bad ist lose, Kratzer und abgeplatzte Ecken überall, Balkontür komplett verzogen, sie ging nicht richtig zu, sodass man sie abschließen musste, Glühbirnen fehlten, Reinigungskraft hat über keinen Tisch gewischt, Einrichtung ist in die Jahre gekommen und abgenutzt

Pros:

La ubicación es perfecta, habitaciones muy grandes y bien iluminadas. Justo al lado hay un Spar donde puedes comprar algunas cosas que se puedas necesitar.

Cons:

El mobiliario se ve algo antiguo. No había mantas en el armario, así que de noche pasamos algo de frío. El sistema de calefacción es la típica máquina de aire acondicionado antigua que hace bastante ruido.

Nel complesso un buono soggiorno, ma alcuni punti decisamente migliorabili.
Pros:

Hotel centralissimo nel cuore di Lisbona. In pochi minuti sarete su Av. da Liberdade, una delle vie principali che arriva fino al fiume Tago.
I punti di forza sono sicuramente la posizione, la gentilezza dello staff e le camere. Avevo richiesto una camera silenziosa con bollitore e frigo-bar e sono stata accontentata. Letto molto comodo. Anche la colazione buona, ho apprezzato la presenza dei pasteis de nata, i dolcetti portoghesi tipici con crema pasticcera.

Cons:

A mio parere si potrebbe migliorare il kit fornito agli ospiti in camera. C’era solo una cuffia da bagno, un paio di sacchetti igienici e un paio di bicchieri di carta; sapone e shampoo in contenitori fissi.
Da un hotel a quattro stelle ci si aspetterebbe quantomeno un kit contenente anche ciabatte usa e getta e spazzolino, e magari shampoo e balsamo mono dose.
Inoltre sono rimasta molto delusa dalla palestra, di cui vanta il sito dell’hotel. Ho trovato solo una cyclette (rotta), un tapis roulant, un materassino con due palle di gomma e una piccola rastrelliera con manubri da 1 a 10kg. Da appassionata del fitness, consiglierei di aggiungere almeno una smith machine/ un rack con un paio di bilancieri e una panca piana, magari anche una rastrelliera con manubri da 10 a 30 kg. Pensare al benessere dei propri ospiti significa anche garantire un servizio di questo tipo. Oltre al fatto che l’hotel ospita conferenze e incontri di affari, e una palestra ben allestita farebbe la differenza.

A comfortable room ,convenient for exploring the city.
Pros:

It was in a safe neighbourhood with bus stops and the metro approximate 100M walk, maybe less. Reception was open at any time I needed to use it.
The staff were helpful and knowledgeable. The lifts were both clean and working well. The room was large with sufficient storage space. The bathroom was a little cramped but was functional. The shower was excellent with easily adjustable temperature and good water pressure.

Cons:

The desk area was fine but the seats were dated and difficult to move. The orange and red bedside lampshades didn’t make it easy to read.
