Emplacement même si un peu loin du centre
Attention aux vols. La femme de ménage m’a volé un bracelet et personne n’a su m’aider dans l’hôtel alors que la personne riait dans les couloirs assumant le vol. J’ai été plusieurs fois voir l’accueil qui n’a strictement rien fait. Le directeur devait me rappeler (ce qu’il n’a jamais fait). Je ne recommande pas, manque de professionnalisme.

For me it wans't a 4 star hotel. Too old and sure needs to be renovated

Заметно, что отель уже старый и сильно изношен. Номера и общие помещения выглядят обшарпанными, зданию требуется капитальный ремонт.
Estadia perfeita! Tudo estava impecavelmente limpo. A localização é excelente: basta atravessar a rua e você já está na estação de metrô, o que torna os passeios muito práticos. O café da manhã é delicioso, o chuveiro é maravilhoso, com ótima pressão, e a cama é enorme e extremamente confortável. Com certeza voltaria a me hospedar aqui e recomendo de olhos fechados!

Nice big room. Very clean.
Our A/C was pouring out water the first night and had to be turned off. Once reported the next morning it was immediately repaired.
All staff were very friendly and helpful.
Location was very good, metro nearby, lots of restaurants close by and a small supermarket 2 doors down.
Good breakfast.
No bar in the hotel. A hotel next door we could get a drink in but it wasa bit expensive.
