Staff was super nice and helpful

Cons:

Breakfasts were so bad we needed to go out. AC not working with a remote. Very loud noise outside of the room. No heater/ window in the bathroom hence when closing the bathroom door for the night- the walls were literally wet and water was dripping

Localização imbatível.

Apenas a localização do hotel, no centro de Lisboa, merece nota positiva

Cons:

O Hotel está antiquado. É notória a desactualização de alguns sistemas, onde o momento mais desagradável foi o constante disparo d9o sistema de alarme, constantemente a tocar durante uma manhã, provocando incomodidade e apreensão, agravada pelo facto dos elevadores ficarei bloqueados e causarem receios e dúvidas a quem, como eu, estava no 5º piso.
Para agravar mais a incomodidade, a deficiente formação das funcionárias da limpeza que, durante horas fizeram, tremendos ruídos , fosse com o aspirador, fosse com batimentos e movimentos de móveis no quarto ao lado do meu, perturbando durante horas o meu repouso
