Pros:

The location of the hotel is excellent. It’s easy to get to shopping, parks, and restaurants. Taxis and Uber are plentiful. The reception was a bit frosty but the breakfast staff was excellent, really helpful.

Cons:

Parking was an issue. The garage was at another hotel. It was a long walk over to the hotel. From the internet info I understood it was close by. Plus it wasn't explained how the system worked to park there. The staff at the other hotel were very nice and answered all my questions. The arrangement was good in that it was at no cost to the client.

O quarto é grande, a cama confortável. Café da manhã muito bom com bastante opções. A localização é boa, 15 minutos andando do centro e fica localizado ao lado do metro.

I was expecting more from a 4-star hotel; it was a big discomfort that they did not have any sleepers, even after we asked them to provide them. Do not expect toiletries as well. Breakfast was ok, with plenty of food to eat according to your choice; however, I think I overpaid for the hotel room we lived in.

Cons:

Buy slippers for your guests, please, :) or let us buy at the hotel.
