Pros:

La posizione dell'hotel ottima. Colazione buona forse una scelta un po' limitata.
Il personale disponibile.

Cons:

La camera non era insonorizzata sufficientemente.
Il bagno piccolo e gli scarichi erano difficoltosi.

Die perfekte Lage macht diese Unterkunft zu einem tollen Erlebnis
Pros:

Die zentralen Lage war, für uns, überragend, ebenfalls der Ausblick vom Frühstückskaffee. Es hat ein ganz besonderes Flair.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind in Jahre gekommen und ein Audrey Happer so zu betiteln. Indem man einfach nur drei Poster aufhängt, halte ich als Fan für fragwürdig.

Friendly Staff went out of their way for us and really made our brief stay in Lisbon wonderful.
Pros:

My husbands first time in Europe. We are both disabled and traveled with mobility scooters. The staff were so friendly. They went above and beyond to assist us and make us feel comfortable.

Cons:

Elevator was too small for one of our scooters. However they offered the shipping elevator and even escorted me to use it.

Insanely noisy
Pros:

The enterior is very nice, the receptionist was kind and helpful, the place is overall clean. The beds were comfortable, and I love how the rooms are named after actors and movies. The location is great!

Cons:

It was so incredibly noisy, we woke up multiple times throughout the night and it was impossible to sleep after 7 am. The AC units were also loud but that was not the main problem, we were next to the elevator and let’s just say it would have been better to sleep next to a construction site. Walls cracking very loudly every second minute for 10-20 seconds. The walls are also PAPER THIN, so we could hear everything the neighbous were talking about, the elevator beeps, the people in the hallways. Also, not a major problem but definitely not ideal: there are no outlets next to the bed, we had to unplug the TV and the lamps to charge our phones.

Great vacation , nice hotel!
Pros:

Very nice hotel, near historical center ( walk 10min ) , near bis station, Metro station , park… Staff is very supportive, I liked the concept ( old years of US, pictures, name of the rooms - I had “James Bond 007” room :)))

The location was excellent. There were a lot of people out and nice shady streets to walk on even though it was cool out
Pros:

The front desk found me some ice and the dining room gave me coffee to take to my room in the morning. I loved the view from the dining room. I went to the gym also.

Cons:

The treadmill was a little noisy, needs a check up. I used it late but no body complained.
