It went well, easy access to the room and was in a safe neighborhood
Pros:

We only stayed overnight. Did not spend much time and did not use any of the accommodations.

Pros:

The staff member was great, making sure nothing ever ran out of breakfast.
Lorelei (I believe that was her name) at the front desk was fantastic! She really helped me out a lot and learned that I've been missing out on best Western points because no other location ever asked me if I was a member like she did. She is very knowledgeable and helpful. I'm thankful for her informing me.

Whoever your maids are are doing a phenomenal job. Our room was spotless with no complaints.
Cons:

Overall, outside over the property. Driving by this place looks like it’s abandoned and closed. Could definitely use a refresher outside. The rooms were absolutely spotless though.

Pros:

Everything staff was really nice breakfast was good the young lady kept bringing food and the young lady in the front desk was the sweetest person ive ever seen in any hotel's

Cons:

I just didn't like that how some workers kept blowing to cleaned kept doing it over and over on our door and all leaves and dirt went inside our room.

The location was very good.

Cons:

The air conditioner wasn't working well. I set it to the lowest level possible. The only place it felt fresh was if I stood directly above the unit. I had a horrible night! I couldn't sleep. I sweated all night long. 🥵😢
I went to get breakfast at about 8:35 but almost everything was gone. No one replenished items. There were no plates. I was disappointed.

Too much rif Raf hanging around, especially at the breakfasts. One morning there was a guy in breakfast area with a dog.one morning one couple appeared to be homeless.

Staff are friendly. Broken and worn stair tiles. Carpets in rooms and hallways very old and dirty.
