Not worth it
Pros:

Not much

Cons:

The pool could not be used. It was filthy. The hotel is rundown, and the carpets in the hall are old, stained, and not fastened all the way down.

10 min from ballpark. Within 40 minutes of Peoria and Surprise. Plenty of restaurants nearby.

I was very disappointed, I’ve stayed there many many times and it’s never been this bad.

Location was good but price too high for the inconviences.
Pros:

Requested early check in & that was provided which helped us.

Cons:

We went to buy trunks to go in pool but upon return the pool was not clean well - water not clear so we did not go in at 3:30

Then later the toilet almost over flowed; every time used had to flush 3 x for it to go down; disappointed...

Pros:

It close to my appointment that it.

Cons:

There were things not up standard like
shower and bathroom sink. The a/c you turn on to heat and spill out fumes that caused the smoke alarm to go off. The price didn’t fit the room.

Disgusting and unsafe.
Cons:

The room was absolutely disgusting. The floors were filthy. There was blood on the mattress under the mattress pad in two locations. Our feet turned black within minutes of checking in. The bathtub is hazardous. I was washing my 3 year olds feet in the bathtub and he slipped, hit his head, and almost knocked himself out. The coffee pot had rust and dirt in it. So disgusting and disappointed because we paid premium prices due to events going on that weekend so I was expecting something decent. The staff really didn’t seem to care and I’m still waiting on a manager to contact me.

Great stay although with prices rooms need updating to match prices.
Pros:

Clean, good area

Cons:

The bed hard could feel springs and pillows rough and room ac did not work well but managed to keep room cool but a lil humid. Ac seemed really old.

Fair at best. Would not stay here again
Cons:

The door locks did not work properly multiple times making me return to the desk for new key cards. The breakfast area ran out of plates 2 different days. Was not always stocked properly.

Bad, never again, sickening, and UNPROFESSIONAL!

All was fine with the following exception....

Cons:

The hair dryer was missing from the room. When contacting the front office regarding the hair dryer I was told they didn't have a back up, they were on order but not received yet, and because they were sold out they could not replace it with a unit from another room. I made a trip to Walmart and called it a night. The following morning the manager on duty was very apologetic and courteous, made a copy of my receipt, made note of my phone number, and took possession of the once used hair dryer I purchased and assured me the daytime manager would be in touch regarding a credit. Two days later, "Silence"....this was the first time stay at a Best Western and will be the last.
