"Location", quiet, super friendly staff and good suggestions for places to dine.

Cons:

Its going through a major remodel but they were very up front about the daytime noise. Excited to stay after the remodel is complete!

Cons:

Because you have a bath tub rather then a walk in shower, for safety sake you should have a vertical grab bar to assist getting in and out of the tub! Because of potential law suits in case of falls, I don’t understand why this inexpensive install hasn’t been done by your hotel !

Best Hotel I’ve Been To!
Pros:

This hotel was great! The best part was the location and how it was just a 10 min walk to the beach. There’s also restaurants all around in walking distance & being able to park at the hotel & not having to look around for a parking spot was a relief. The staff were absolutely nice & customer service was amazing! 😊😊 I will definitely be coming back here! SOON! Would 100% recommend 👌🏼

Beautiful place, wonderful staff and awesome location near the beach.

Location was great, our room location was excellent.

Cons:

Parking is very limited. For a handicap child and/or adult is very difficult to park on the underground parking lot they offer. Because there is not an ADA ramp available on the back parking lot. If you have a child or adult with mobility impairment you must drop them off in the front, and then go park the car. That’s what we had to do.

I’ve stayed here over 30 times and love it every time!
Pros:

Great location, right in the heart of La Jolla village. You can walk to the boardwalk, shops of all kinds, drinking establishments and excellent restaurants of all kinds. Also the staff are wonderful. I’ve stayed in the Inn 3 or 4 times a year for the past 10 years when I came to visit my mom in the senior community down the hill, and it’s always been great.

Cons:

No microwaves in the rooms. There is, however, a microwave in the hospitality room by the pool which guests can use.
