Really enjoyable stay here and great location for exploring St Augustine.
Pros:

Ideal location for exploring St Augustine and room had a nice balcony as well. Staff were all friendly and helpful from checking in to restaurant to valet parking and check out.

Cons:

Can’t think of anything we didn’t like.

Location was great, room clean and comfortable

Cons:

When we went to ask if our room included breakfast the girl
At the desk was very rude and said we booked it through booking.com. She had a bad attitude to us. She could have smiled, said no, and told us our options.

Excellent in every way! Very impressed.
Pros:

So clean! Hotel is mesmerizing! Every area of the hotel is beautiful!! Rooms were fantastic, shower was great, bed was comfortable. Valet guys were amazing! Love it was quiet yet walking distance to everything. Restaurant was fantastic and service was amazing.

Nothing it was all fantastic.

Nice location to downtown, clean resort, friendly staff.
Pros:

The hotel was beautiful and clean.
Room was big and clean.
Staff very nice

Cons:

The bed was very hard and uncomfortable. We barely slept and the pillows were flat.
Extremely disappointed
This was a deciding factor to possibly not return and stay at this hotel in the future.
