Great hotel, planning to return soon!
Pros:

They provide welcome drinks, apples & candies at the lobby. Might sound like simple things, but it’s a nice touch upon arrival.

Location is excellent. Close to shops, restaurants, as well as public transportations [metro station, tram]

Cons:

Nothing I can think of.

Goed hotel
Pros:

Alles dat er moet zijn, was er. Ik vond het fijn dat ik op voorhand online zelf de kamer kon kiezen.

Cons:

De kamer zelf voelde wat aan de kleine kant aan, vooral de badkamer was erg klein. Het voelde eerder aan als een 3-sterrenhotel in plaats van 4.

Pros:

Location très centrale. À 2 stations de la gare du Midi et 20/25mn de métro du stade roi Baudouin (j’étais la pour un concert).
Hôtesse d’accueil très disponible et sympathique.
Système grab and go permettant de prendre des snacks et boissons en libre service appréciable quand on rentre tard.
Petites attentions comme des viennoiseries disponibles à emporter quand on part avant le petit déjeuner.

Cons:

On sent que l’hôtel est un peu vieillissant

Amazing, would recommend and come back
Pros:

The bed war very comfortable, they had an ironing station and everything was clean, nice staff, and free water and candies at the reception, in the morning they even had croissants

Cons:

No outlet in the bathroom. Just wanted to change my phone while getting ready

La ubicación.

Cons:

Falta de mantenimiento y de detallismo para un hotel de 4 estrellas: el aire acondicionado de la habitación es antiguo y claramente insuficiente en días de mucho calor; la ventana de la habitación no cerraba completamente lo cual contribuía a una mala climatización.
Además: en plena ola de calor el recepcionista tenía el aire acondicionado del hall de entrada apagado (!?) (el día anterior, con otro recepcionista, estaba ok) y tenía un ventilador apuntando hacia él...sin comentarios. El agua de bienvenida durante el checkin estaba del tiempo (es decir, caliente, qué cuesta poner unos hielos?)...todo ello da una mala imagen para un hotel de 4 estrellas.

Hôtel décevant pour un 4* à Bruxelles
Pros:

Qu'ai-je aimé à part l'air conditionné en cette période de forte chaleur, et la TV grand écran? Pas grand chose à part peut-être l'emplacement près de l'avenue Louise.

Cons:

Expérience vraiment très décevante. Je voyage pas mal et je loge souvent dans la chaîne NH lors de mes déplacements. J'avais choisi cet hôtel 4* en me référant à mes expériences passées dans cette chaîne.
Réception digne d'un hôtel 2*, dernière chambre au bout du couloir au 1e étage à peine rénovée, salle de bains minuscule qui date des années '90, chambre basique à peine digne d'un 3*. Comment est-ce possible?

Ruime schone kamer, prima ontbijt. Parkeren in de parkeergarage om de hoek voor €22 per dag was makkelijk en goedkoop

Lovely place, would stay again
Pros:

Lovely staff at the front desk! Helped us locate a postbox when we asked them. Really nice room too with comfy beds, and at a fantastic location - 10-15 mins from central station by metro (but also completely walkable), located right next to a bunch of great restaurants and cafes.

Cons:

Elevators were a bit small.
