Slightly cheaper than nearby 5-star hotels like Witcher, though overpriced for what it offers.
Pros:

Comfortable room with bedding and separate desk area, quite spacious for its meters. Good location on the outskirts of the center circle of Brussels, close to the metyyro and fast way to get to the airport via Midi train station. Close vicinity to Regus Busienss Center if you meeting is there.

Cons:

First hickup was arrving late in the night and facing an issue of the lack of room service. Had to run quickly to find an open restaurant nearby. HOtel offers only a small internal self-service shop, which is overall disappointing for a 4-star hotel. Breakfast was very limited, missing classical elements of the English/Continental types, like bacon, mushroom etc.

Pros:

en voyage d'agrément pour une nuit seulement, cela suffit pas plus

Cons:

à l'enregistrement, on vous fait choisir votre chambre sur plan, ce qui en apparence est une bonne chose. la réalité est tout autre puisque on vous attribue une autre chambre alors que je suis rentré à l'hôtel beaucoup pus tard que le check in.
Le petit déjeuner est correct, mais n'est pas digne d'un 4 étoiles.
La propreté de la chambre aurait mérité plus de soin (cheveu, contour lavabo bouche VMC) toujours en se basant sur un 4 étoiles
Petit lieu de détente à l'entrée de l'hôtel pas agréable (demanderait plus d'intimité avec de belles jardinières fleuries)

Perfect for a city break
Pros:

Lovely hotel close to city centre & transport links if you don’t fancy walking. Room was clean and had tea/coffee making facilities. We were on 2nd floor and were not disturbed at night as we faced a quiet road. Breakfast was lovely with plenty of options. It’s buffet style so we were well able to fill up for the day. There are plenty of places nearby to eat if you don’t want hotel breakfast, but you’d probably end up paying more.
Reception staff were lovely and helpful, giving us travel advice (and a handy map). We needed a reasonably priced clean, friendly base to be able to do a city break and this was perfect.

Clean hotel and friendly staff
Pros:

The hotel was very clean and beautifully presented. They allowed us to check in early and even gave us a complimentary upgrade to include breakfast on our stay. The breakfast was exemplary with lots of fresh options and they even had oat milk loaded in the machine so my friend was able to have her morning latte. Every staff member we spoke to was polite and ready help. We have absolutely no complaints.
