Pros:

La struttura è in una bella zona, ci sono tanti ristoranti e bar vicino. I letti erano comodi e la stanza abbastanza pulita. Sofia, la ragazza della reception è stata davvero gentile!

Ottimo soggiorno per un weekend
Pros:

Posizione centrale, a circa 20 minuti a piedi dal centro città e dalla stazione Zuid-Midi.
La colazione aveva abbastanza offerta di prodotti dolci e salati. La camera ampia e pulita

Cons:

Non c'era la doccia ma una vasca da bagno con uno sportello abbastanza piccolo per cui tendeva a bagnarsi il pavimento dopo la doccia

Quiet, helpful staff, comfortable room. Good location for work or leisure.
Pros:

Excellent location, central but quiet. The room was large and agreeable, with good storage space, although it could do with a bit of refreshing, especially the bathroom. Very comfortable bed.
Good breakfast buffet, with fresh bread and plenty of savoury/sweet choices.

Cons:

The decoration/fixtures could do with some updating.

not a good experience
Pros:

the hotel has a service does not qualify as 4 stars.
Here is a list of part of my complaints:
No power outlets in the room
Toilet flushing not working properly
elevators not working properly
breakfast:
The bread at is TERRIBLE, and this is a country with fantastic bread.
same with cheese, one cut variety, poor and cheap
cold cuts the same
fruit: a fruit salad that looks dead
the toaster is broken and covered with foil
Poor state of the rooms (please have a look at the curtains, you should see them closed)
Toilet paper unacceptable for any kind of hotel
the shower distributor does not work we had to use the bath plug to temporarily "fix" it so we could take showers.

Toller Aufenthalt im stadtzentralen Hotel.

Tolle Lage in der Innenstadt von Brüssel, sehr nette Mitarbeitende im Hotel.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber alles war funktionell.
