top locatie, verbeterpuntjes bij het inchecken.
Pros:

Hele fijne locatie en kamer was prima, lekkere bedden.

Cons:

Bij Inchecken werd niet verteld welk bedrag werd gereserveerd op mijn creditcard, leg dit even uit. Ook moest ik zelf maar in mijn mail nakijken of ik nu ontbijt had gereserveerd. Als je dit verteld aan de balie had ik misschien toch ontbijt bij jullie genomen.

Kies een ander hotel. Deze prijs klopt niet bij de aangeboden kwaliteit en service.
Pros:

De locatie is perfect. Net uit de drukte en je bent zo in het centrum.
De lobby is erg mooi.

Cons:

We hadden vooraf gebeld of het mogelijk was om te parkeren. Geen probleem het hotel had voldoende, was het antwoord. Maar bij aankomst was er niets beschikbaar en konden we 10min verder op voor 35 euro per dag (zondag gratis) parkeren. De lobby deed ons vermoeden dat we het goede hotel hadden geboekt: het zag er mooi en fris uit. Maar helaas. De kamer is aangekleed met spullen die veel gebruikt zijn en oubollig. De badkamer is helemaal vernieuwd en ziet er fris uit, maar tijdens het douchen loopt de badkamer vol met water. Het water uit de kraan is niet stabiel van temperatuur. De kamer is broeierig warm en je kan zelf niet de temperatuur regelen. Omdat het op de plek waar wij zaten niet echt waaiden, had het openzetten van het raam ook niet veel zin. Voor minder geld, zit je beter. (Vrienden van ons hadden elders geboekt dus we hadden vergelijkingen materiaal).

Pros:

Lekker uitgebreid ontbijt! Er werd ook rekening gehouden met mijn glutenallergie (glutenvrije broodjes werden afgebakken). Interessante ligging, centrum heel vlot (te voet) bereikbaar. Zeer proper hotel.
Het bubbelbad op onze kamer werkte niet, waardoor we meteen een nieuwe kamer kregen aangeboden.

Cons:

Wegens wegenwerken is het hotel momenteel moeilijk bereikbaar. Wegomlegging staat niet duidelijk aangegeven. Wij hebben er wel even over gedaan om het hotel te bereiken met onze auto.
Vervolgens bleek de parking van het hotel volzet te zijn, waardoor we moesten uitwijken naar een publieke parking verderop. Deze was wat duurder dan de parking van het hotel, geen compensatie verkregen.

Purchase and night in Leuven
Pros:

Beautiful original setting which when the surrounding construction work has finished will be even prettier.

Cons:

For the price and from the general luxurious description of the hotel I would expect tea and coffee facilities in the bedroom. Much prefer these to the extras (eg. sewing kit) in the bathroom.

Cons:

Das teurere Zimmer "Charming Klooster" hat stark nach feuchtem Keller gerochen. Außerdem war der Bettrahmen staubig. Die angebotene Alternative roch genauso und war zudem ein dunkles "Loch" unterm Dach. Danach wurde dann ein Zimmer im Gasthaus angeboten, welches schön war und vor allem nicht roch. Eine Preiserstattung gab es nicht, obwohl das bezahlte 30 EUR teurer war als das erhaltene.
