Prachtige kamer met mooi uitzicht.
Mooie locatie.
Personeel is wel vriendelijk maar geeft weinig spontaan uitleg

Cons:

Ontbijt is te duur voor het aanbod en de kwaliteit die je krijgt.

Kamer onvoldoende verduisterd en te warm

grote kamer, goed bed, mooi ingericht

Cons:

airconditioning werkte niet (was erg warm in de kamer), de airco stond centraal uit wegens seizoen (de kamer is uitgerust met airco dan moet die ook werken).
de kamer is niet volledig verduisterd: er komt licht in de kamer via de badkamer (glazen deur). De houten lamellen in de badkamer houden onvoldoende licht tegen.
er stonden nog badartikelen in de douche van de vorige gast

Cons:

Door werkzaamheden niet te bereiken. Moesten over een bouwplaats, hekken weghalen om naar de parkeergarage te kunnen komen. Telefonisch waren ze niet bereikbaar op dat moment. Geen enkel bord om de route aan te geven. Heeft ons veel tijd en irritatie opgeleverd

Mooie grote kamer. Heel stil ondanks het hotel in centrum staat

Was slecht bereikbaar door wegwerkzaamheden. Had hier graag daarvan op de hoogte gehouden willen worden.

Cons:

Bathroom: advertised as room with jacuzzi but it was broken No shower . Bath in front of window is very impractical . No curtains so everything turns wet . Impossible bathroom not worthy a 4 star hotel .
Then noise from the ventilation is too loud. No possibility to turn it down. Temperature up or down did hardly make any difference. Not worthy to a 4 star hotel
To get to the hotel is very hard- we had to break some rules to get there in the end.
