Teleurstellend.

Cons:

Ik had dit hotel specifiek uitgekozen omdat ik zocht naar een verblijf met eigen parkeergelegenheid. Na het boeken kreeg ik netjes een link vanuit het hotel toegestuurd. Hierin heb ik braaf alle informatie voor de check-in aangeleverd en een parkeerplaats gereserveerd. Bij aankomst bleek er echter helemaal niets geregeld te zijn. De reactie van de medewerker was dat het een geautomatiseerd mailtje betrof, en daar doen ze dus blijkbaar niks mee. Er was geen enkele hulp, geen oplossing, helemaal niks. Het resultaat was dat ik na een lange reis nog eens 30 minuten kon gaan omrijden om een openbare parkeergarage te zoeken.

Daarnaast zijn de foto's online enigzins misleidend. Het gebouw is geleefd en verouderd. Slechts een minimaal deel is gerenoveerd. De airco werkte ook voor geen meter, het leek erop dat deze alleen centraal wordt aangestuurd. De aansturing in de kamer deed niks.

Ik zou een ander hotel in Colmar kiezen.

Great location right next to the station. Very convenient if you have a lot of luggage. Good customer service - reception staff is very cordial and kind.

Excellent hotel in beautiful building right in front of the train station.
Pros:

It's a beautiful building. It's right across the street from the train station. There is a free navette that leaves every 15 minutes during day that does a circuit around the town, and because it's right at the train station there are also several city buses running. The breakfast buffet is varied and copious. It's all very pleasant.

Hotel idéalement situé pour découvrir la ville avec chambre spacieuse et bon petit déjeuner Quartier de la gare calme

Cons:

Chambre qui mériterait d'être rafraîchie surtout au niveau de la peinture et la salle de bain. Equipement vieillot avec mini frigo en panne
