Дуже доброзичливий і гарний персонал. Готель супер , комфортно , в центрі , нам підвищили номер в подарунок , а найголовніше , що ми не розмовляли французькою і англійською, і це ніяк нам не завадило заселитися. Дуже вдячна адміністратору на рецепції

Good stay in Colmar
Pros:

1. Location: it's just opposite of the central train station, very convenient to take the train.
2. The room is clean and tidy, a bit small.
3. The staffs are very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The furniture and the shower head is a bit worn but still functional. Overall it's ok.

Cons:

Chambre basique plus que classique,baignoire très dangereuse,plusieurs poignées manquent sur divers meubles, petit déjeuner très simple,charcuterie,saumon et fromage peu appétissants.
Avons été déçus qu'il n'y ait plus de spa.

Ein sehr nettes Hotel in ruhiger Lage - gegenüber vom Bahnhof.
Pros:

Die Grösse des Zimmers, der tolle ( neue) Teppich, die netten Mitarbeitenden, das feine Essen im Restaurant,

Cons:

Wir haben im Zimmer gefroren, der Türrahmen ( die Tür wurde vermutlich mal aufgebrochen), Eiskalte Pancakes- als sie gebracht wurden habe ich mir eines genommen- es kam aus dem Kühlschrank, Meerrettich zum Lachs haben wir vermisst.

La chambre etait petite. Le petit déjeuner plutôt moyen pour un hôtel 4 étoiles. Le personnel du petit déjeuner pas très accueillant.

Pros:

Perfect and comfortable location to spend one night in our way back to Belgium. The most spacious room I have ever got, it was a real triple room. Also not far from the center to go walking for dinner and see the lovely streets from Colmar.
