Das Personal im Frühstücksbereich war sehr freundlich und gut gelaunt. Man hat sich sehr willkommen gefühlt. Der Restaurantbereich erinnert an vergangene, glanzvolle Tage.
Positiv war auch, dass es im Zimmer ein separates WC gab.

Cons:

Im Zimmer gab es leider nur Haar und Bodyshampoo in einem. Auch der Fön war viel zu schwach. Ein Hotel, das höchstwahrscheinlich mehr Frauen als Gäste hat, sollte Shampoo und Conditioner, sowie einen starken Fön bereitstellen...

Perfect place to see Colmar but also surrounding locations
Pros:

Perfect location being 50M from the railway station. Only a 10 minute walk to the town centre. Staff friendly and welcoming and the breakfast was better than most hotels. Staff in restaurant were efficient, cheerful and very helpful and the menu had lots of local produce that made it interesting. With station so near, trips to Strasbourg and Basel and Zurich were easy to do in the day

Can be a bit noisy from the buses in the early morning

Beautiful hotel in a Perfect location and very nice staff
Pros:

Perfect base for train station and not far from the town centre.

Cons:

We had a lovely meal on the first night and decided to eat again on the second but one of our meals was so salty it wasn’t eatable and we were still charged in full.

Отличное расположение, напротив вокзала, в 15 минутах от центра города.

Прекрасный вкусный завтрак в красивом, стильном старинном ресторане. Невероятно вкусная выпечка, особенно круассаны. Понравилось, что чашку кофе можно забрать с собой в номер.

В номерах есть чайник, стаканы, чайные пакетики и бутылочки воды 0,5л..
Кровати и подушки удобные. Туалет и ванная раздельные. В ванной отопительный полотенцесушитель, что тоже добавляет комфорта.
Окна в номерах деревянные, что экологично и, при этом, не впускают шум с улицы.

Есть камера хранения для багажа, очень удобно.

Cons:

Мы забронировали 2 номера, но по приезду оказалось, что нам зарезервировали их не только не рядом, но и на разных этажах. После настоятельной просьбы поселить нас рядом и некоторой заминки, нашу просьбу удовлетворили.

Номерной фонд можно уже и освежить, как и мебель. Мы сняли 2 номера и они совершенно разные по уровню комфорта, а по цене не значительно различаются. Если есть выбор, лучше берите тот, что подороже.
Ковролан в номерах грязноват.

В день выезда сломался лифт и мы тащили чемоданы пешком по лестнице с 4 этажа.
Это уже не вина отеля, но рядом с вокзалом обитают не самые приятные личности, которые все время у нас просили - то закурить, то что-то ещё.
