Da estrutura do hotel e da localização. Bom custo benefício.
A limpeza do quarto, infelizmente, deixou muito a desejar. Eu via o esforço dos funcionários. Mas o fato é que nosso quarto, desde o primeiro dia, tinha muuuuuita areia no chão e embaixo das camas, desde que entramos no quarto, no primeiro dia. E detalhe: fomos no inverno e nem pisamos na praia. Ou seja, a areia ja estava la. Sei que areia é um negócio que impregna, mas é necessário tirar, de algum jeito...
La ubicación es lejos lo mejor, el desayuno bastante bueno y el personal muy cordial.
No tiene áreas comunes, el gimnasio un cuarto oscuro con 3 máquinas, el bar es muy pequeño, lo mismo la terraza y piscina.

Su ubicación es muy buena. Al frente de la playa de IPANEMA. En la esquina de calle Vinicius de morae. Una calle llena de restaurantes. A dos cuadras de un supermercado y de la calle comercial Conde de Piraes . La habitación superior con vista al mar en general cómoda.
No es un 5 estrellas. Está cerca de serlo, pero siempre hay detalles. Solo dos ascensores, por lo que se demoran y se comparten con los carros de servicios. La reposición de los que falta en las piezas hay que generalmente pedirlo, como papel higiénico o jabón. La vista al mar es mediana, pues la ventana es muy alta. El comedor es pequeño para el desayuno. Al desayuno faltan cosas como avena, leche descremada. El té hay que pedirlo todos los días. En las piezas no hay un hervidor de agua y obvio no hay te. El desayuno no es malo, pero no hay de todo. La piscina, es un poco más amplia que una bañera de hidromasaje. La pieza ejecutiva es amplia pero le falta un sillón cómodo. Tiene una mesa y dos sillas. El personal es en general amable salvo uno o dos casos. Uno que es el encargado como de la vigilancia en portería que ni saluda. Los tabiques entre las piezas son delgados y se escucha al vecino. El baño de la 1002 tenía mala la puerta y no cerraba. La ducha muy buena. Y el baño ta,bien. La televisión complicada de manejar y con mala conexión de red. Pero esos es lo malo.

Ridiculous to have to pay for coffee capsules and cheap slippers. Also having to pay for water in a city where they recommend not using tap water. Few to almost no vegan options. Plumbing not very good.

Gostei muito da minha hospedagem. A começar pelo Alex, o qual fez nosso check-in, que foi muito bom.
O quarto era excelente e um ponto positivo foi o café da manhã: muitas opções e tudo com extrema qualidade.

Location was perfect and just across from the beach. The view from the top was stunning. However that's where the compliments stop. Check in was appalling. We had to check in using a QRcode whilst standing at reception rather than the staff check us in which is a normal procedure.
The staff were indifferent. Not helpful and not particularly friendly or attentive. The hotel was busy which is fine. The breakfast was basic but ok.
Our room was a Mountain View but when we arrived there was an overpowering smell of disinfectant which was not pleasant. The cleaning staff used the main guest lift which for a supposed 4* hotel is not appropriate. The hotel should have a service lift.
The bedroom was basic and cheap looking however the bed was relatively comfortable.
My biggest gripe is the cost. We paid over £1200 for 4 nights due to the Rio Marathon being on the same weekend we stayed. I checked the cost for the weekend after and it was half price. It annoys me that the hotels double their fees and the hotel most certainly was not worth the £1200+ fee but we had no choice in other hotels due to limited availability.
Overall I would not recommend this hotel with the exception of location.
