A localização do hotel é perfeita, um grande ponto positivo, com fácil acesso a tudo. O café da manhã é gostoso e bem servido, porém o espaço é pequeno para a quantidade de hóspedes, ficando muito cheio e um pouco desconfortável nos horários de pico.

Cons:

O atendimento infelizmente não foi consistente. Os únicos realmente simpáticos e prestativos foram os meninos da portaria, que sempre foram educados e acolhedores. No restante da equipe, o atendimento deixou a desejar, com pouca simpatia e cordialidade.

Not cheap but perfectly located and good rest.
Pros:

Mostly everything. Good breakfast, clean, free towells for the beach, staff is collaborative. In front of the best beach area in Ipanema. Bedroom was super confortable.

Cons:

The pool is more a Jacuzzi than a pool. There is parking for only 3 cars so if you go by car make sure where to park yours.

Great location.
Pros:

The location must be one of the best in Rio,right on the beach.No view from my window since I did not pay for an ocean view.Breakfast was very good.

Cons:

I know Rio quite well and would not describe staff in hotels as charming.Perhaps it is because they become jaded with tourists.The reception staff here is not welcoming verging on rude.

Difficile à dire. Certaines personnes étaient sympa et disponibles et d'autres étaient froides. Tout dépendait du jour. Mais globalement sympa.
La proximité de l'hôtel avec des endroits stratégiques du secteur.

Cons:

Hôtel vieillissant, salle déjeuner petite et personnel pas tres attentif et réactif. Un jour, il n'y avait plus de verres et ils ont été remplacés par des gobelets... Portes des chambres absolument pas insonorisées. Bof bof global. Je n'y retournerai plus si l'occasion m'est donnée de retourner à Rio.
