Good value on a great location
Pros:

Great location, parking on site.

Cons:

Our room faced 20th Street and was a bit noisy at times, mostly car noise and emergency vehicles. Not bad during the night, though.

Cons:

Loud people in next room. I was worried that something dangerous was happening there.

Breakfast was pretty disappointing for a vegan.

Un hôtel bien situé à moins de 10 minutes de downtown plutôt satisfaisant
Pros:

Le calme relatif - chambre peu exposée au bruit de l’avenue mais personnel d’entretien un peu bruyant quand il prend son service à 7h. Notre chambre était au rez de chaussée. La chambre était très propre

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner est vraiment limité. Pas de table pour se poser, ce qui vous oblige à revenir à votre chambre avec vos provisions sous le bras. En parlant de provision je pense au pancake fait par une machine , le yaourt ou le fruit.

Pros:

Friendly and helpful staff, I asked for a room away from the busy streets and got it. The fridge in the room was very convenient. The room was clean. There were 2 bottles of water in the room upon arriving and filtered water available to fill up bottles. Busstop less than a minute away. It took barely 30 min to walk to the beach.

Cons:

The offered breakfast was very basic.

We would stay here again if we need to go back to the medical facility in that area again.
Pros:

I liked the hotel was clean. The staff was helpful and nice to work with. We were pleasantly surprised to have morning food and beverages available. We liked that we could open a window. We liked the availabilty to check out later if we choose to.

Cons:

We didn't care for the extreme chlorine smell throughout the building and it caused raspatory reactions.
