We stay here often. The breakfast is adequate… no complaints.
We stayed here for one night going and one night returning and couldn’t get a ground level flooreither night although we requested one on both nights using Booking.com. Normally, this would not have been a problem, except this hotel does not have an elevator.
Most TV Channels did not work. No premium channels either

Close to all facilities in Fernley; walk to restaurants and shopping. Large room with good facilities: King bed, small refrigerator, microwave.
Plumbing in bathroom falling apart, difficult to use. No drain plug for the tub, which made it almost unusable. When I asked at the front desk, I was told to "plug it with a washcloth". One of the desk clerks was quite unprofessional in conduct and appearance. I expected more from a Best Western and at this price level.

Pictures were misleading. Kind of like a dating site that had a picture of themselves from ten years ago. Not what I signed up for. Dishonest all the way around
The breakfast and pool were the highlights.
We were told the day before that we would have rooms immediately adjacent. When we arrived, we were given rooms fairly separated down the walk way. The floors were filthy. Not visibly, but they are hard floors and our kids feet were filthy after walking around. The shower in one room took about a half hour to get working, and the fridge and TV in that room did not work (assuming an issue with the power to that wall?)
