Comfort Inn & Suites Sombrero

We booked a standard room for 2 nights but was given a Queen superior room no 37 on first floor in front of swimming pool (staff advised it's recently renovated). Clean room and bathroom with microwave, tea coffee and ironing board. Few issues to highlight. Major issue was like a jack hammer noise for 10-15 sec thru the rear wall of bathroom whenever someone probably take a shower in other room. Felt even late in the evening and few times in the morning as well throughout our stay. Front door and bathroom doors doesn't close properly. We noticed our front door was unlocked (after our room was cleaned) when we arrived after our day trip. The door or door closer needs adjusting. Need to pull/push the door to close securely. Same with bathroom door but doesn't close at all. Toaster needed replacement. Feel some cigarette smoke in the room as there seems to be a smoking area under the stairs next to this room. All these issues have been notified at the reception at check out. For us noise issue was a big issue. Probably wouldn't stay again.

Not keen on steps, but there was so much room to move about with separate bedrooms etc

Had an enjoyable two night stay, however the wi-fi performance was intermittent at best.

Booked in through choice, was told once i got there that there was people in there the night before that complained of a gas smell, they were to get it looked at. They saved me a room incase. Went in did not like the smell so took room 50 instead. The rooms are pretty big, however that rooms bed was so uncomfortable i could not sleep.
Did go and let staff know and was moved to room 46, bed was a lot better but once again uncomfy. Was then told was being moved yet again, they even rang me when i was out with my son, why are you not using that bed, question after question. We moved to room 26 in the rain, thank you to the cleaner who lent us her umbrella. Room 26 had a comfortable bed.
It’s a hit and miss with what room you get i guess.
But did like the location, the rooms was all pretty spacious. Staff was nice i will give them that. However due to the moving rooms so much, I don’t think i would go back. I booked previous with plenty of time so thought i would not be stuffed around moving so much, spent my relaxing holiday time mainly moving rooms.

Plenty of room for 2 teenagers away from parents. We like that there were two bathrooms and good cooking facilities in kitchen.

Beds were comfortable, good secure parking. Appliances and shower head are in need of an upgrade, but otherwise we had a good stay and would recommend

Traveling by road and by state is never easy. I have decided to give myself a good treat by staying in great accommodation in Adelaide.

On Saturday afternoon on March 22, I was surprised and amazed by a few things, first, the accommodation comfort inn and suites, amazing rates and so much a lot to offer, for the rates you will get in small rooms in city options is like, comfort inn with all the amenities that you needed, kitchen, cooking and laundry and dryer. I was truly surprised by the affordable price and so much bigger space 😁 I am very happy I have found Comfort Inn and Suites Sombrero.

Another surprise I have when. I met an amazing person, Ms Giargia. At first, I was really shy because she was truly confident, a woman who was a goddess but with a heart. It surprised me how her natural people-person skills, humility, and kindness inspire me so much, that's my 2nd big surprise arriving in Adelaide by road.

Life is full of surprises but I truly appreciate it very much the hospitality and great service and people like Ms Georgia.

For all travelers, before you book anywhere, it is worth checking the Comfort Inn and Suites sombrero in prospect.

I am looking forward to my return back, and hopefully, Ms Georgia will be promoted to the manager she deserves. It is good to see how a leader can be TRULY inspiring, confident, and beautiful with a heart. Accommodation was excellent a great location and not too far from the CBD. The room was big and spacious. A continental breakfast was provide in the Family room that we stayed in.Very quiet. Service was good. I would stay here again. The swimming pool didn't look too clean.

The room was neat and very clean. Shower and bed were divine.

Used for work - rooms were great - had a recently refurbished room. Bathrooms slightly small. Kettle toaster and microwave in room - plenty of tea and coffee facilities

Access to entry was not explained had to go back to reception as key card did not open the door.

Loved the staff's friendliness and trust. It's a humble but great place to stay with lots of good folk surrounding yas.

TV not working. Middle of winter, no heaters in sight. Blankets very thin felt the cold all night, and the pillows are so worn that they get flat soon as you put your Jean on
