The rooms are nice. The staff are friendly and they make sure your needs are met
Cons:

When I was out walking the amount of homeless people laying in the grass outside the gas station. They were using drugs. Not very appealing

The rooms were clean.
The beds were comfortable, and the staff were helpful and freindly. They provided a good hot breakfast everyday.

Cons:

The only thing I would change is that they do not clean room daily. Trash and towels would have been nice.

Nice hotel with breakfast included. Quiet neighborhood, clean rooms.
Pros:

My husband and I were traveling through Kansas City on our way to Florida for work. We were very satisfied with this hotel. I am a diamond plus member of Best Western rewards and usually stay at Best Western hotels. This one was in a quiet neighborhood and was very comfortable. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean and the staff at the front desk was very cordial. We will definitely stay here again in the future.
