Locality, food was good, good facilities.
Room was large but looked tired
Location, staff were welcoming, spa and breakfast selection.
Breakfast finish time is 0930, check out time is 10am which makes it a rush to use spa facilities in the morning. Room decor is dated. Spotless but dated, no plugs by bed to charge your phone.
Cafe bar was good. Food excellent

All the staff are very polite and helpful. Meals were delicious and the site itself is in beautiful surroundings which makes it quiet.
Nothing to dislike. It possibly could do with new or clean carpeting downstairs especially and our bathroom needed re-tiling around the bath but otherwise very pleased

Really nice accommodation and comfortable clean room
The restaurant has an open fire with lots of comfy chairs and settees and is a really nice place to sit and relax
the food was really delicious the boiled potatoes come with plenty of butter which is amazing as many places try to skimp on the butter and it ruins the whole meal
There is a swimming pool and spa but we didnt get time to try this
there is lots of free parking

I booked two nights separately and although the hotel confirmed this I had to check out abd back in again
Pool, sauna, jacuzzi, rooms were comfortable and spacious. Staff were helpful and pleasant. Food was lovely.

The staff were friendly and very helpful.
The location was good, being situated in very pleasant grounds only a few miles from the M4.
The food was excellent - we had cooked breakfast, bar meals and attended a luncheon while we were there - all excellent.
The room was cold (the heating went off in mid April apparently - this was early May) - the staff were very helpful and tried to find us a heater but they were all taken (surprise, surprise). We were eventually given another room which was slightly warmer.
The bed was very uncomfortable - the problem being caused by the mattress which was a cheap, non-pocket sprung lightweight item apparently designed for domestic applications. Both my wife and I slept very badly and this would make us avoid staying at this hotel again - a great shame!
