The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. The pool was an added bonus and a great way to start the day.
The mattress was little too soft for me.
Stunning location, lovely spa facilities, large spaces.
First room was unclean from previous guest, new room was ok but dirty bath and toilet. Staff were pleasant on the whole but a couple definitely did not want to be there. Two ladies stood out by being very friendly and helpful on the Monday evening. The spa was great but the towels need updating.
It has good facilities. It is clean and comfortable. They have upgraded since we last stayed and the improvements are great and make the experience even better

Lovely traditional hotel. Good choice and good value evening menu. Lovely friendly staff. Gorgeous pool area and decor. Very comfortable bed. Lovely personal touch at breakfast as coffee is served by a member of staff. Excellent choice too - Al a carte and/or buffet.
The only thing that was negative for us was that check out was 10am and you couldn’t use the facilities (pool/spa) after check out time as you need your room key to enter. We didn’t arrive the night before until about 8pm so had to choose between eating or swimming as both closed at 9pm. We did manage to arrange a late checkout at a price of £25 however ( and this was 1pm so that was really good)

The decor might be straight from the 90's but it's also charmingly retro and most importantly clean and well maintained.
Our junior suite was comfortable, staff were friendly and helpful and dinner and breakfast at the restaurant were perfectly decent. The pool was nice as well.
