Beds uncomfortable and room was too hot
Friendly staff, pleasent room. Lively bar food and excellent service within the breakfast restaurant. The pool area is undergoing renovation which will improve the facilities, which, although good, are currently a little tired.
The room was quite warm, and there was no capacity to adjust the radiator within the room, making the only available option to open the window which meant external road noise could be heard however this was minimal.
Lovely selection of food
Eggs made to order but the buffet selection was not sufficiently heated and by the time you get back to your table they’re cold.
Very disappointed!
Cold bacon, sausages etc. the heating method isn’t fit for purpose

Comfortable stay . Clean . Loved the Welsh cups in the room & biscuits . Lovely big pool . Good jacuzzi , sauna & steam room-. Couldn’t see any drinking water points ? perhaps could do with little update or nice smelling bouguie scents ;) relaxing area was lovely anyway . Good breakfast .

The location was a bit out of the way, although road network is great so it was easy to get about.
I tried to order room service as was travelling alone and was unable to do so and had to go to the bar to order. There was a wedding reception on, so unsure if this was why there was no room service option.

Went to the Parkway Hotel for a Sunday Carvery for my 80th birthday. It was really lovely. Food and service was very good and it is excellent value for money.
Travelled for our granddaughter’s 18th birthday. They don’t live far from the hotel. We were able to have supper with them. The birthday party venue was nit far. The hotel organised us a taxi. Another birthday celebration saw 15 of us having the carvery at the hotel on the third day of our visit. Overall a comfy hotel.
A king size bed!
The only thing I liked was the jacuzzi.
My stay at the hotel was disappointing.
• The first room I entered had no electricity.
• I was moved to a second room, but the bathtub was blocked; every time I took a shower, water collected in a disgusting way.
• Breakfast had nothing suitable for me to eat, and even the eggs were not cooked properly.
