Pros:

The location and the hotel. The breakfast was lovely. Rooms very pleasant and clean.

Cons:

Lack of air conditioning. A fan was provided. The hotel needs updating. Modern facilities in the rooms. A small fridge for the hot days to store water. The hotel recently has new owners and I am sure they will modernise in the near future.

Very comfortable and spacious stay in Cwmbran
Pros:

spacious, comfortable hotel, friendly staff (they charged my phone for me). Good breakfast. Lovely gardens. Slightly retro vibe to the place, which I liked. Really nice pool, which i went in before breakfast.

Cons:

I would have liked a swim when I arrived at 8.30pm, but they wouldn't let me in the pool (still half an hour before it closed).
Hotel is a bit of a walk from the nearest bus stop.

Would definitely stay again!
Pros:

Arrive late on bank holiday Monday, just in time for last food orders in the bar. Fish and Chips....superb!!!!! Staff really friendly. Room was good and bed comfortable. Decor dated but ok. Location good for where i was going and plenty of car parking.

Cons:

Only thing really is air con. The room did have a fan which was helpful but air con would have made it so much more comfortable.

We had a great stay at the hotel, would come again to relax and enjoy the spa facilities.
Pros:

Location was perfect and close to the town centre. Plenty of parking too.

Pros:

Grounds to hotel are kept clean. Breakfast had a great choice of food and tasty.

Cons:

Room was old looking. Could do with a more modern look for the price. Heating did not work and bathroom could do with updating.
