Un hôtel qui mérite ses 4 étoiles !
Pros:

Personnel au top. Piscine au top. Restaurant au top. Confort au top. Spa très agréable. Calme, propre, superbe vue depuis les hauteurs. Franchement c'est un super 4 étoiles que je trouve au dessus de ses concurrents. Merci et surtout ne changez rien !

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt in Bormes-les-Mimosas
Pros:

Sehr schöne und saubere Anlage. Wunderschöne Poolanlagen.

Cons:

Das Personal war sehr nett, aber auch sehr jung. Es fehlte die nötige Souveränität und Erfahrung. Ein pasr ältere Angestellte würden gut tun!

Pros:

Un calme absolu. L’hôtel est parfait et le personnel est aux petits soins. Une mention spéciale à notre serveur Valentin pour sa gentillesse et son professionnalisme, ainsi qu’à Adrien, qui a su gérer avec efficacité et bienveillance un petit souci survenu en cuisine. Un grand merci à toute l’équipe pour ce merveilleux séjour !
L’accès au SPA est un plus et le personnel est extra.

les extérieurs et la nouvelle aile sont incroyable avec une vue magnifique sur la mer.
Très agréable pour se détendre et passer du bon temps.

Cons:

Il faut bien réserver le restaurant sinon vous pouvez être refusé pour le dîner.

Ok and could be much better

Second time in Mirage. Nice new extension with Spa and additional pool . Room with large terrace and beautiful view

Cons:

The staff is very young and lacking professionalism for such hôtel. Had same experience last time I stayed. At restaurant we mentioned specifically allergies to coriander. There was coriander in starters, so we mentioned it again , and the main courses reached our table full of … coriander. The breakfast buffet is ok, but not at the level is should be for this price category. I asked the cook for fried eggs , she told me there is only a pot of scrambled ones, I can’t do fried eggs . Managers should visit hotels in Dubai or Asia to see what level of client satisfaction they should reach .
