Excellent hotel with good rooms and really great new suites.
Pros:

Everything is new and the pool areas / service was 5 star level. Especially the gym and massage areas are stylish and sleek.

Cons:

There was not enough capacity at the restaurant and during the day, there were some noises due to works in the pool area.

Gewoon prachtig, prijzig maar zeker de prijs waard

Ein Traumhotel

Das Hotel ist erst 2026 wiedereröffnet worden.
Alles war traumhaft schön.
Die Lage, Design und Farbkonzept.
Pools und Gartenanlagen.
Frühstück überragend gut.

Séjour en amoureux idéal.
Pros:

Tout…la décoration, le choix des matériaux , l’ambiance mais avant tout le personnel .
Les piscines et la salle de sport très bien équipées et très jolies.
Petit déjeuner très bon et vue magnifique.
Une attention lors de notre anniversaire de mariage, merci.

Cons:

La vue sur mer est magnifique mais la vue immédiate un peu moins mais cela n’enlève rien au charme de cet hôtel.
Le restaurant en terrasse est un peu abusif mais très bon.

Excellent hôtel, la vue est magnifique, on se sent apaisé.
Le SPA est bien équipé et moderne, et inclus dans la réservation
La chambre est confortable, avec des petits détails nécessaires
Restaurant très très bon et copieux
Personnel au petit soin
Beaucoup de calme pour passer une super journée au bord de la piscine
Les cocktails signature sont vraiment délicieux et recherché

Cons:

Petit déjeuner manque un peu de variété, mais l'essentiel était bien présent.
Prix du snack est un peu élevé

Wunderschön und mit zwei, drei Verbesserungen - perfekt!

Sehr schönes, durchdachtes Stylekonzept mit Liebe zum Detail. Warme Farben und ruhiges Setup des ganzen Hotels.
Definitiv für Ruhe und Entspannung suchende Paare geeignet.
Super freundliches Personal, sehr hilfsbereit!

Cons:

Es gibt kleine Details die zu verbessern sind wie z.bsp. die Türe zwischen Schlafzimmer und Badezimmer (Typ Gartenzimmer) war nicht gut schliessbar, ungenaue Schreinerarbeit (Raum 15).
Weiter müssten im Gym Reinigungsmittel rein, da man die Geräte ansonsten nicht reinigen kann nach dem Training.
Die Karte im Restaurant ist eher klein, das Essen top aber die Auswahl etwas eingeschränkt. Die Getränke (z.Bsp. Wasser oder alkoholfreies Bier) sind etwas überteuert.

Aus meiner Sicht ist es ideal für Paare und nicht Familien mit Kindern, daher würde ich dem Hotel ein Adults only Konzept empfehlen, weil gewisse Familien dies nicht selber merken und trotzdem mit Kindern kommen, welche dann in einem sylischen Pool oder Restaurant Ambiente, wo 95% sich relaxen und geniessen möchten, planschen, spielen und rumschreien!

Satisfaisant considérant la qualité-prix.
Pros:

La gentillesse et politesse du personnel. Nourriture très bien mais un peu répétitif (pas de table d'hôte). Belles rénovations effectuées récemment. Il manque par contre un 2e restaurant.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner pourrait être un peu plus exhaustif et varié. Le Wifi était difficile à l'extérieur de l'hôtel.

Pros:

The staff during normal hours were fantastic as was the service. They were friendly, helpful, the gold cart was great for helping us get around. Pools were slightly on the small side though…cocktails were excellent.

Cons:

The after hours check in could have been better…was not told hope to access the hotel after hours. Also, my partner was on crutches and the young girl that was there alone struggled to help us to our room. The menu was also not that good and whilst the breakfast was supposed to be exceptional was a hotel style breakfast so nothing to rave about.

un magnifique séjour à l'image de l'hôtel
Pros:

le service était très bien, le personnel très agréable et aux petits soins pour ses clients.? Les piscine très agréables, le restaurant japonais très bon. Un véritable havre de paix ou l'on a qu'une envie ...revenir !

Cons:

la carte du midi, rajouter quelques salades...
