Truly spectacular, well presented and luxurious hotel with exceptional service from staff.
Pros:

Beautiful hotel in fabulous location backing onto the river whilst in walking distance of all restaurants and bars. Our room was stunning and immaculate. The shower was exceptional with a choice of shower heads. The room was well heated and the bed very comfortable. There was no sound from other guests. The breakfast was delicious and the staff serving us were so efficient. Everything about the hotel was first class.

Nothing. We loved every aspect!

Very ordinary. Wouldn’t go back

The location

Cons:

Funeral party screaming, shouting and swearing outside at midnight. The hotel should have had better control and respect for the residents .
Breakfast was mediocre to poor. Staff were indifferent. Received stale bran flakes and these were the last batch. Had to go for porridge. Arrived laced with honey which I didn’t ask for - don’t like honey. A pretty poor experience
