Pros:

The room was big, clean, and comfortable, and we were offered a free upgrade, which was very nice. The breakfasts were very good and diverse. The location was both an advantage and a disadvantage, as it was close to the city centre and various attractions, but because of that it was also quite loud until late hours. However, overall, it was a very pleasant stay.

Cons:

We were very unlucky to be in Maastricht during the severe heatwave, and unfortunately the hotel was experiencing problems with its air conditioning system. The hotel was trying to fix the issue, and we saw handymen working on it for two days, but in the end the temperature in the rooms reached 30°C. Although the overall experience was good, it was extremely difficult to function in such high indoor temperatures.

Heerlijk hotel op een geweldige locatie!
Ondanks de tropische temperatuur en een niet werkende airco, die overigens fantastisch gecompenseerd werd, hebben wij genoten. Grote pluim voor Lucas!

Pros:

Goeie prijs en super centrale ligging.

Cons:

Als je de kamer niet laat poetsen krijg je een drankje aangeboden in de bar. Alleen er is geen bar , bij de receptie kan je dan een drankje krijgen.
Het was heel warm toen we er waren en de airco (oud systeem) lag toevallig in panne.

Comfortabel en super gunstig gelegen hotel
Pros:

Supergoed ontbijt, mooie en comfortabele kamers, gastvrije bezetting van de receptie.

Cons:

Airco was uitgevallen door de weersomstandigheden, was dus een erg warme nacht met overdag temperaturen van 33 graden

Cons:

The staff was good, but this looks like it stopped in time and no maintenance/refurbishments were ever made. There was no airco working on a 36 degree day and I saw the lady at the reception telling the same story to the guests three times (we are solving it and it should be back in an hour). Guess what? The hour never came. Besides location, I’d honestly avoid that place. The pillows are bad, the room smelled, not a single bottle of water in the minibar, and the shower is just the lowest quality you can think of. Pretty sad for such a great location and warm, nice personnel!

Cons:

De airco in het hele hotel was tijdens de hittegolf buiten werking. Door duidelijk achterstallig onderhoud was het binnen ontzettend warm en nauwelijks uit te houden. Helaas werd hiervoor ook vrijwel geen passende compensatie geboden. Erg teleurstellend.

Für kurztrip richtig schön
Pros:

Wir bekamen ein Zimmer Upgrade und waren possitiv überrascht. Hatten Parkplatz am Hotel gebucht was genauso teuer war wie 24 Stunden im Parkhaus.
Die Klimaanlage war bei den Außentemperaturen das Highlight. Ein sehr geräumiges Bad und mega sauber. Ne kleine Kapselmaschine war im Zimmer und ein Wasserkocher.
Ebenso ein Fön im Schrank.

Cons:

Die Matratzen waren zwar weich aber sehr bequem.
Das Frühstück war recht teuer des wegen bevorzugten wir auf dem Markt zu Frühstücken.
