Geen koelkastje op de kamer. Laag toilet.
Afhandeling btw en toeristenbelasting. Was een grote tegenvaller. 4 sterren hotel hadden we een koelkastje verwacht

Hôtel bien équipé et très bien situé
Pros:

L’emplacement de l’hôtel , la rapidité lors de notre arrivée pour nous faciliter l’accès au parking ainsi que la sympathie de la dame au petit déjeuner.

Pros:

Location is beyond exceptional! Just 20 steps from Vrijthof where Andre Rieu's concert was. Staff was amazing, a special shout out to Manon who welcomed us with the biggest smile :) Rooms are a bit small but didn't affect our stay as we were out and about all day - slept very comfortably though. Highly recommend.

Het comfort viel ons erg tegen, vooral door de zeer warme kamer zonder airco.
Pros:

Ligging was perfect. Ontbijt was prima, met vriendelijk en vooral enthousiast personeel.
Personeel aan de receptie was vriendelijk, maar weinig meedenkend.

Cons:

Erg kleine badkamer. Je kon je er nauwelijks in bewegen. Geen ruimte om toiletspullen neer te zetten.
De kamer was zeer warm. De airconditioning die er wel zou zijn, werkte niet. Dit maakt dat het geen 4 sterren verblijf is, waar we wel voor betaald hebben.
