Was close to food places
Nothing
Not acceptable!!! . Room was clean only good thing.
Ants in room. breakfast poor got bottle of water. Small bottle of orange juice and a very small apple in bag for breakfast not acceptable. Will not return here.
The location was good, the front desk employee was very welcoming and kind.
The room was not clean to standard; paint chips/dust were in the beds and all over the floor and bugs and leftover trash from previous guests. The A/C was not on prior to arrival so the room was very hot and stuffy. We both woke up with our eyes swollen and stuffy noses due to painting dust.
The cleanliness and the kindness of the staff!
I was trying to think of anything negative, but I really couldn’t come up with anything.
Nothing at all!
There was mold in our room. Foul smelling black mold. They offered to go into the clean it out with bleach. That mold could not be removed. Hotel did not have an elevator and they did not any other rooms on the first floor. Unable to climb stairs due to being handicapped. Horrible that they would even try to rent that room out. We stayed somewhere else.
Todo me gustó
It was a very nice room and clean. In walking distance to several restaurants

Good location close to eatery’s
Upon arrival: I was not made aware of the ongoing renovations/construction. The parking lot had old furniture in it and shipping containers full of all kinds of stuff sitting in the back end. There were large boxes and cases of caulk in the hallway with workers present on a Sat evening.
Check In: I made it clear upon check-in, which I did just after the allowed 3pm, that I was traveling with my registered service animal and somewhat disabled. I was still given a 2nd floor room with NO elevator access..( I did not specifically request an ADA room bc I do not typically need one bc most properties are well enough adaptable and accommodating. ) I accepted the 2nd floor room despite my having to make multiple trips up and down the stairs and tried to settle in despite not feeling safe with workers going in and out of rooms surrounding mine utilizing a master key lanyard, including the (non requested) adjoining room to mine. The workers were also blaring music in the hallway which could clearly be heard inside the room.
In the room: Everything was dusty, dirty, and grimy. Coffee table had sticky spilled stuff and water rings all over it. The windows looked cloudy and dirty and were difficult to see out. The loveseat was old and dirty with sideways cushions. The only thing that looked like it had been "cleaned" was the bed. Coffee maker had no karaf or cups or any kind of supplies to actually make coffee. TV was small and old. Water never seemed to get hot in sink, tub was grimy and yellow with half empty soap dispensers and no soap at the sink.
Expressing concerns: When I expressed my concerns with the front desk, and the fact I did not feel safe as a single woman traveling alone with all of this activity, I was told the "workers would be finishing soon" & "I can tell them to stop", this was after 5pm! Unfortunately there were no comparable rooms on the first floor (a simple King room) no real solution or any kind of action offered.
I did NOT stay at this property but instead booked another Wyndham property nearby.
*** Follow up the next day after check out (Monday)
I finally received an email from the property welcoming me to my stay...bc they forgot to send it before. Then received several other emails from a Days Inn email address (I guess they own or manage both properties somehow) arguing with me telling me the property is not under construction (I have pics to prove otherwise) and telling me it was my fault for not requesting an ADA room, which I do Not require. Still no workable solution and no offer of refund despite me not staying there.
Absolutely nothing!
Property is under construction! Construction workers present blaring Spanish music in the hallways, accessing any rooms with a lanyard including the one adjoining to mine (which was not requested!) Broken side security door, broken ice machine, no elevator. Scummy, dirty windows. Couch cushions on love seat in unit were dirty and on sideways and coffee table had water rings and sticky spilled stuff. Old, broken furniture and shipping containers of various items in parking lot. Broken unsafe concrete on ramp and sidewalk by handicapped parking. Broken furniture in pool area and a very green dirty pool. Bed was old and very springy with large metal mattress holders prodruding. Sink and tub were grimy with Dark long hair. (I'm blonde) Lobby was extremely hot and smelled of chemicals as did the hallway to my room. Dirty carpets in stairway and hallway. I am a disabled single woman traveling alone with a service animal and they put me on the 2nd floor knowing they have no working elevator then stated they had no comparable room on the first floor. They showed no concern that I stated I felt unsafe with the workers present going in and out of the adjoining room to mine as well as blaring music, saying they should be done soon and she can stop them...I had been discussing the problems with her already for 25mins and had walked out of the hotel to talk to family who lived locally. She had gone upstairs to talk to the workers already once and only after this is when they started blaring their music even more loudly. She clearly did Not ask them to stop! This place is a pig with lipstick, new paint (on the outside) poor and cheap attempt at "renovating" an obviously old, very run down property. Also right on the railroad tracks. I've stayed at nicer Motel 6, or Super 8's!
nothing
everything
It is under construction and I checked in early at 3. I am staying alone while my husband works nights. They placed me in the last room at the back next to the exit they were carrying in new furniture and exiting to smoke up to 10 pm when my husband picked me up. I was terrified as all these men had pass keys for remodeling. My room had been close to front the earlier two weeks. I have no idea why they would allow a single female to stay back there alone but it’s unacceptable! Never again!!!!
