The property is very nice.
The room itself was wonderfully clean and comfortable, no issues there.
The staff was pretty rude. I had just driven 5+ hours and was ready to lay down and relax, my boyfriend and I wanted to pay for the room in cash. The front attendant was not welcoming, despite us saying “Hello! Room for ___” with a smile. He was blunt about the fact we need a hundred dollar deposit to use cash and my card had already been charged. I wasn’t aware of this, and he wasn’t helpful or kind at all. We figured it out, but that was not a great first impression. When we were leaving and I was trying to get my deposit back, the woman helping me had that same “you’re inconveniencing me” attitude. The hotel is great but I would like to see the staff not hate their customers.

I booked my stay weeks prior to my stay. I picked the facility because they were pet friendly and I was traveling with my cat. I had driven from Texas. When I arrived they told me they accepted only dogs, not cats. There was nothing on the website that said dogs only. I had even sent an email to advise I would have my cat with me. They refused my stay unless I didn't bring the cat. They also would not help me find an alternate facility. I was stuck. I was in California after driving 3 days from Texas with no place to stay and no assistance from this facility.
