Been staying here for many times love the property clean n front desk ALEX is great he help me with my internet 🛜 n last time he choose me room very satisfied on the 3 rd floor because I don’t like stay on the first floor the shower is great the house keeping is friendly at that time when I stay on 1/9/26

The front desk Ken put me on the first floor which I told him I don’t favor first floor but he insisted even he have rooms in others floors so I have to except to stay on the first floor, my room is great but I don’t like so much the shower 🚿 like last time they don’t have shower handle & the house keeping gave me an attitude I don’t like to mention name because I don’t want her to loose her job she is terrible 😞 I even didn’t request room service I just asked clean towels & shampoo she gave me unfriendly stare I am not a complainer I stay in this hotel so many times because their services is excellent but this time I don’t feel this way
El desayuno estaba delicioso. La habitación estaba increíble muy cómoda y el baño muy moderno. Definitivamente volvería a quedarme aquí. La zona tiene restaurantes muy buenos a su alrededor. Irvine Spectrum Center queda muy cerca.
Seems to be starting under new ownership. Bar and restaurant not open yet. No pet relief area.
