Pros:

Everything about it besides the shower drain. The customer service front desk was so nice welcoming and friendly.

Cons:

Shower drain took a long time for water to go down. Other than that everything else was great

Wonderful
Pros:

The front window staff was wonderful, very diligent and helpful. We made two different reservations by accident requiring room changes and change in checking times, however, the front window staff and management were exceptionally helpful to coordinate our stay with ease and avoid the hassle for our mistake. It was a pleasure to interact with hotel maintenance crew, they were very friendly and professional and proactively efficient in upholding the facility cleanliness in every aspect, from the room we had, to the pool, jacuzzi and common breakfast area. Overall a wonderful experience.

Cons:

Windows curtain light blackout could improve.

I didn’t stay at the hotel, it appeared shady with shady people checking in and my wife didn’t feel safe at this hotel and we would Never check this hotel as a place to stay!!!

I had a wonderful time/ with comfoty and satisfaction.

Everything about Best western met my expectation, The check in clerk and the dheck out clert were excellent. the breakfat was great. I will return because it was of the best Inn,

Great Air Conditioner and blackout drapes made sleeping in a pleasure ! It was clean and had every amenity we needed !
