The room was bad. There's were ants in the bathroom and hair in the bed. Dust on everything as well

Nothing really.
I don't even know where to start. The couch in our room had visible stains all over it, it clearly hadn't been cleaned before we checked in. Same story with the office chair, which had some kind of white substance crusted on it. I ended up putting a towel down just so I could sit on it without feeling grossed out, which was a problem in itself since housekeeping barely gave us any towels to begin with.
As if the room wasn't enough, the "experience" continued outside our door … a fellow resident approached us offering moonshine he had literally stuffed down his pants. I wish I was making this up.
Between the unsanitary furniture, the lack of basic supplies, and the bizarre encounters in the hallway, this stay felt more like a liability than a vacation. Management needs to seriously address cleanliness standards and who's allowed to loiter around guest rooms. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
Rooms had AC and a Keurig
It was loud because it was in between freeway and major road.

Location was right off the freeway.
It was not clean, the rooms smelled like smoke. We even moved rooms and same smell. Towels were rough, staff wasn’t knowledgeable. He said he started that day or the day before. Breakfast didn’t start until 7.
The staff was excellent. The room was clean and breakfast was better than expected. I will stay here again.
No negatives
Everything about it besides the shower drain. The customer service front desk was so nice welcoming and friendly.
Shower drain took a long time for water to go down. Other than that everything else was great
The front window staff was wonderful, very diligent and helpful. We made two different reservations by accident requiring room changes and change in checking times, however, the front window staff and management were exceptionally helpful to coordinate our stay with ease and avoid the hassle for our mistake. It was a pleasure to interact with hotel maintenance crew, they were very friendly and professional and proactively efficient in upholding the facility cleanliness in every aspect, from the room we had, to the pool, jacuzzi and common breakfast area. Overall a wonderful experience.
