No quality in quality Inn.
Pros:

The property was run down. My bathroom door would not close all the way. The breakfast was horrible with stale food.

We are glad we stayed and plan to stay again in a few months when we return to Casa Grande.

Very comfortable and friendly stay.
Pros:

The staff is wonderful. The bed was above excellent. The check in and check out was fast and easy. Location was perfect.

I have to say that I was a bit disappointed.
Pros:

I did like the breakfast. They had a nice selection to choose from . The facilities were clean , and the staff was very friendly.
I also liked the king Bed , very big , lots of pillows , and just comfy all around .

Cons:

A few pieces of furniture in the room , were worn, had paint on it , and arm rests were black from use .
Access to hotel is limited from construction on 2 sides .

I would happily return!
Pros:

The room was comfortable in terms of cleanliness, size, location for unloading & loading, great bed, and plenty of hot water and water pressure in the shower. The staff at check in was very friendly and welcoming. The grounds are very pretty. Great coffee available in the lobby!

Cons:

I thought I would have a bathtub, but apparently the remodeled rooms are shower only (not terrible, just a surprise when I was ready to soak after a day of driving). My room was nonsmoking, but I woke up my 1st morning to the smell of smoke - not sure if the room next door was smoking or if it came in from outside through the fan (when I arrived a man was standing outside his room smoking 3 doors away).

RUN! DON'T LOOK BACK!

Nothing!!!!

Cons:

No water for over 2 hours then you had brown water! Room had a bad smell, we woke up with a neckl ache, sirens and airvac ALL night long especially sirens, loud cars dragging for 45 minutes thennn checkout says 11 to noon...i left to get coffee cuz i wasn't using their coffee maker or brown water to make coffee so i drove to get some i came back and the room key didn't let us back in cuz they automatically shut the auto lock on cuz it was after 11! After a maid girl let us back in the front desk calls the room and wants to know why we aren't out i said cuz it says 11 to 12 she said no if you were staying till noon you were supposed to tell them! I told her no where did it say that when I booked! Funny it was ok to be without water for over 2 hours and locked out but you are on me 5 minutes after 11!!!! And she was not nice about it when we were talking! They act like they were busy! There was 5 cars in the parking lot the night before on a Saturday!!! You weren't busy trust me!!!! They acted like they had a line of people waiting to get into rooms! If you want to throw your away money, possibly have brown water or no water or both, smelly room, no sleep, neck ache in the morning stay here otherwise RUN!!!!!

We got what we paid for.
Pros:
