“Comfortable Room, but Housekeeping and Front Desk Service Need Improvement.”
Pros:

I liked the convenient location, and the hotel offered plenty of parking. The room was a good size, with a comfortable bed, lots of lighting, a desk, a chair, and a refrigerator. The bathroom was especially spacious, which was a nice bonus. The complimentary breakfast was decent and provided a convenient start to the day. Overall, the room had the essentials I needed for a comfortable overnight stay.

Cons:

My biggest concerns were the professionalism at the front desk and the cleanliness of the room. On both occasions when I visited the front desk, there was a man present who I couldn't identify as a hotel employee. He was using his cell phone, and during my second visit, he distracted the woman assisting me, interrupting her attention to my request. Regardless of his role, the interaction came across as unprofessional and distracting when I was trying to get assistance.

I was also disappointed by the cleanliness of my room. There was a noticeable amount of hair stuck to the bedroom wall, visible from across the room. Finding something like that was unpleasant and made me question how thoroughly the room had been cleaned before my arrival.

Although the room itself was spacious and comfortable, these issues detracted from my overall experience.

They passed the hot tub off as a kiddie pool. I booked there for the pool and “hot tub” and it wasn’t even heated. Never again. Very disappointed

Building needs an update. The room was not clean - coffee grounds from previous guests on the counter, bathroom floor not clean. Doors to the outside are not locked/secured.

It was very disappointing.
Pros:

Didn't try the breakfast. We were put off by the ceiling leak into a trash can at the entrance to the food area.
The coffee tasted burnt.

Cons:

The whole place was very outdated. The room was dingy. The wallpaper in the bathroom was peeling off in several places and stained.
