Dated and dirty. I had to ask the desk clerk to come vacuum the room as there is pet hair, crumbs, and plastic price tag bits all over. The wall paper is peeling near the window and the closet door won't close.
Hotel was hard to find driving with my car.
Location was nice, cleaning staff was friendly and dedicated to their job. Nice adequate breakfast daily, but it did not vary.
Confusion concerning payment from Booking.com; took two hours on the phone to resolve. Contracted for room with KS bed; got two queens instead. Carpet felt damp every day. After third day, was informed you had to request room cleaning; requested such action and front desk still failed to notify cleaning staff: we asked the cleaning staff ourselves. No name tags on personnel working front desk or anywhere. Furniture was shabby; front of drawers coming off; needed gluing. Noisy highway behind our room. Breakfast was adequate, but staff needed to instruct everyone how to use the bagel toaster and other things. Bacon tasted like plant based, but the eggs and sausage was ok. Plenty of juice and self make waffles.
Room strongly smelled of cigarette smoke in a non smoking room,
There were holes in the “cleaned” sheets and the prior visitor apparently
stole the TV remote and disconnected the TV wires.
Can’t fathom how all this was missed before we took possession

Staff were willing to help, however, it didn’t result in our favor.
It felt very unsafe. We took one step into our room and felt very eerie and requested a refund— didn’t touch anything, use any of their items, etc. and received 25% of our stay as a refund. We had to book at another hotel for the night because of the lack of security there (e.g. weak lock in our room that led to the back parking lot). Very disappointed in this location. It looks nothing like the photo gallery online— much dirtier and less secure.
The pool water was cloudy/dirty and unusable. The room chairs were severely stained and there was peeling wallpaper in the bathroom.
