Pool was great. Staff very nice. Good breakfast selection
Our toilet was leaking and room flooded. We had asked for late checkout but when this happened we just left as it was around 11:30. Was offered another room but didn’t sound very sincere.
The room was quiet, the bed was clean and comfortable. The location was good and breakfast was good also. It’s a nice little spot.
The gentleman this morning who checked me out tried to claim that I had not paid. I opened the booking app and showed it paid there, then opened my bank account and showed it paid there. Even after that he was demanding that I give him ANOTHER card so he could charge me again. I got tired of his bs and walked out.
Right after that I got a text thanking me for staying there and my prompt payment. He was just trying to steal from me.

The property was worn down and the pool could have been cleaner :( we couldn’t see the bottom and the hot tub was not a hot tub . They only gave three pillows for each bed which was odd …. Breakfast was really good though !!!

I did not like that.The property did not have elevators.You have to go up the stairs with your bags.
I wanted to take my Mom shopping and out to eat like a lil Staycation and it was perfect! The Best Western has a great breakfast , waffles, yogurt and coffee and bacon/eggs, juice and if you want a burger Ihop is nextdoor or Outback. My Mom like the jacuzzi in her room and sliding door. The staff was so nice to my Mom, Randy told us about a few nice places to shop and Robert told us about Pasta Pane for dinner, rooms were clean and handicapped accessable for Mom. Everyone was really nice, it was quiet and the pool was nice and warm, I will repeat and Mom said shed bring her friend Mary sometime. This was really fun and everything was like 5 min away a grocery store, walgreens, chase, the mall, literally everythng even a wine store.. Its great when people are helpful and everything is closeby, it was great for us.
Close to the venue I needed to go to. Close to other things we could leave. Close to restaurants. The pool was the only good feature of the hotel.
Everything, I had booked a room with two queen beds. It was two full size beds and one of them were broken. The entire hotel reeks of cigarettes even though it was listed as a non smoking location. Room was dirty. The pictures online are not what you see when you arrive.
