It was terrible!
Pros:

Only thing good was the staff. They did refund the room charge because of falling ceiling and they did change us to a first floor room since I couldn’t do the stairs.

Cons:

Was given a 2nd floor room but no elevator (use a cane for bad leg). They did change to first floor but no rooms ready even after check in time. Bathroom ceiling over tub fell down over night which would have been scary if we had been showering! Carpet was soaked around bathroom and one side of bed. Breakfast was very limited.

I did not like anything about the property

Cons:

Staff was sleep at the front desk, they never had clean towels. They did not have extra blankets, they said they were going to come change bedding and never did.

I didn’t like the fact the air didn’t work it was hot in the room. We didn’t have any towels. I had to go buy some towels. Some of the staff had a very bad attitude.

No volveré a quedarme en ese hotel porque el manager Durrell Hurt .fue pésimo y grosero si el no aprecia los clientes debería renunciar por que por culpa de El me fui para otro hotel No recomiendo a nadie q se quede en ese hotel con ese hombre como manager ahí no volveré por culpa de El.me centi agredida y descriminada por ser hispana
