Hotel was nice and clean, comfortable beds, no bugs

Cons:

A gentleman at the front desk was very rude and kept cutting me off when I tried explaining something and when I asked a question.

First of all the location was less than desirable. We had a room with a jacuzzi and the shower was in the jacuzzi making for a hazardous situation. There was also an apparent bug infestation There isn't a nice word that I can use to describe our stay at this Best Western property except that I am so glad it is over
