Pros:

Great visiting with family and friends, would stay here again!
Pros:

Perfect location, not too far from anything, but far enough away from the highway so we didn't hear traffic! And my son and grandson loved being able to swim!! The coffee @ the continental breakfast was great!!

Cons:

Could not figure out the coffee maker and it was too high on top of the mini fridge to be able to see the top. I mentioned this @ checkout and the lady working the front desk was able to tell me how to make it work.

This isn't the hotel to choose if you want a good night's rest.
Pros:

The breakfast was good overall, offering a typical selection of breakfast items. The area was clean and well equipped.

Cons:

Our room's PTAC (air conditioner/heater) was very noisy, so much so that I will not stay there again for this reason alone. Street noise was significant, too.

booking.com rating of this facility was totally misleading. I would not stay here again.
Pros:

The room was clean. Most of the staff were friendly. The breakfast was great. The lobby and breakfast area were nice and inviting. The cost. Unfortunately, I should remember you get what you pay for.

Cons:

It is right on the highway, very noisy. It seemed like the hotel was squeezed in between a couple of businesses. The area around it is not pleasing to the eye. The facility is very out of date & old. The carpets are fraying and faded, everything needs paint and to be updated. The heater/air conditioner in our room did not work correctly. The bathtub shower was not safe, no grab bars. The bed was uncomfortable. The man who checked us out was not friendly in the least bit and barely made eye contact. The area around the pool and hot tub did not look clean.

Would stay again if there wasn’t another option.
Pros:

Cons:

We saw one staff member the during our visit and she didn’t seem like she wanted us there or wanted to be working.
There was no coffee and juice machine was putting out water instead of juice.

Good Value and Comfortable Accommodations
Pros:

Overall, I had a comfortable stay. The room was clean, well maintained, and the bed was very comfortable, making it easy to get a good night’s sleep. Great location, close to a lot of food and shopping centers. Breakfast buffet is well stocked each morning.

Cons:

The bathroom could use a bit of updating, but it was clean and functional. The only real downside was that the refrigerator didn’t keep our drinks and food very cold. Aside from that, it was a pleasant stay, and with a few small improvements, it would be even better.

Good location, good food, nice front desk staff, great pool and hot tub.
Pros:

Good location, clean, although walls needed some fixing in the bathroom such as paint loss or cracks from water damage.

Cons:

Really nothing was wrong, it was good and the pool was wonderful and breakfast was good as well. Except we got there 30 minutes before ten am when breakfast ends and then at 9:50am a gal started locking up the food and taking the food away and I had to ask her to turn the orange juice machine back on to get more orange juice. Would of been great if she would of waited till we were gone before making us feel hurried to leave.

Pleasant, but below what I would have expected for the room & amenities
Pros:

Nice variety at breakfast. Good fitness center.

Cons:

1) Evenings (when most guests returned) the WiFi became slow & unreliable.
2) Breakfast was understaffed. Food ran out. Nobody to talk to about it.
3) Desk personnel explained their difficulties instead of listening to suggestions.
