Best Western Airport Inn

The room had mold and beds were very uncomfortable. They didn’t staff the front desk so had to ring a button and wait a few minutes. Breakfast was very limited and cold.

I got there a little early for check-in but they got me a room pretty quickly. It was much appreciated.
Overall, it was quiet and the room had everything I needed.

Couch needed some attention. No elevator. 😔

Place needs renovation. Inside and outside were dirty from age and lack of upkeep.

A perfect minimum airport area hotel. Great bed, clean, large towels, good bathrooms, and a bit of everything you expect. I am tired of paying lots for poor quality. I was very happy to pay less and have comfort while on a road trip

The room was exceptionally clean, but the couch bed was broken, and the cushions look like somebody took a knife to them. There were lots of ants on the floor in the breakfast room.

My husband reserved the wrong date for our stay, but Best Western would not change the rate and charged us for the wrong date. I realize it was our mistake, but it would have been easy to change the reservation from Saturday to Friday. My husband used to do customer service training to businesses. He would always say if someone is not happy with something they will tell 5 people, except my wife who will tell 25. You got that right. Will never stay at Best Western again so hope it was worth the $100 fee.

This was fine for a quick one night stay. However the hallway smelled terrible and the room smelled of smoke slightly. Again, fine for a quick for a quick stay. The bed was clean

The first that greets you is the door that only opens on one side, but not all the way. You must turn sideways to enter, which is hard to get through with luggage. We requested a handicap accessible room and we were placed upstairs without an elevator. The carpeted stairs have bubble-up carpet that almost had me tumbling down the stairs headfirst. Since I wasn't carrying luggage I was able to catch myself barely. The manager was nice and friendly. The carpets was bubbled up in the hallway also and sticky. The whole hotel was extremely warm inside. The room was over 80 degrees and took until 4 am to get cool enough to be comfortable to sleep. The room's trashcan had the previous guest's trash was still in the can.

A good place for a quick stay. Decent breakfast and helpful staff. Quick check in!

Nice and clean. Breakfasts till 9, we got down there at like 8:15 the cafeteria was full and they were running low on a lot of things and were very slow to restock or replaced one or two of the item at a time. So if you weren’t right there to grab

The worst place ever to stay at there where bugs and the rooms were dirty

Checked into our first room and had to ask for a different room because it smelled like stale cigarette smoke and air freshener. The second room we were moved to did not smell any better and also had a disgusting couch with stains all over it. The drain in the shower barely worked leaving you standing in a tub of dirty water. Breakfast in the morning had minimal options. Yogurt machine and waffle dispenser were not working. Would not recommend staying here.

More than met our expectations! Good breakfast! The receptionist work extra hard to meet guest expectations.
