Good value. Good for family and children. Nice pool and hottob area that is kept clean and safe. Thank you for a pleasant one week long stay for our family visit in Minot.

The staff was so helpful and kind. The breakdast bar was great!

I called ahead to check to confirm the pool and hot tub were operational. It was confirmed by the agent working after checking in and trying the hot tub. We found it cold and when asked we were told the pump was not working. On top of that there was food in the loom area on table and on the floor. This was not cleaned up for the two nights we were at the hotel. I would not recommend this hotel. Even for a last resort

The description of the rooms said sound proof. We were woke up at 7am Saturday morning to a loud TV and a loud barking dog next to us for the entire morning! Noise from the pool was very loud as well. The TV was very small and very old! The shower was the tiniest shower I've ever showered in, and so was the entire bathroom. The alarm clock in our room went off at 6am on Sunday, we hadnt set an alarm. Thenroom seem updated but wasnt the cleanest. Other parts of the the hotel seemed older and rundown. The breakfast was amazing!

Decent hotel

Great location for shopping, room was very clean and comfortable, likely renovated in recent memory. Beds were comfy and the breakfast was decent. Nice little bar area at the entrance. Front desk staff very friendly! For the price, would recommend highly.

Friendly, helpful staff. The hotel charges pet fees for service animals.

Terrible remodel job, rooms are gross, our key was given to another guest so we got walked in on in our room. Stained furniture. Big language barrier with staff.

Hotel was great, service was excellent and staff was very friendly. The only negatives I would say is we had no hot water for a shower on our last morning around 10:00am and the Keystone light was out after we were offered our free tokens and no substitution was allowed besides water. Other than that, our experience was great, coming back in November and we already booked it while we were there.

It wasn’t worth what we paid. Couch was stained and the floor was super sticky. Staff was very nice and breakfast was adequate.

This is the 3rd time i have stayed at this property. It is in a great location and the staff is wonderful. I will be back

We were visiting our family and freiends from Colrado. This hotel, although showing its age in some ways, offered a one bedroom suite with a full kitchen which was very convenient for us because my wife has special diatary needs and I do most of the cooking for her. This hotel stay was also a very good value for us and served our needs very well. Nice, friendly and smiling staff makes for a pleasant experience. Rooms, bed, bathroom and kitchen were clean and comfortable. Pool and hottub area was also very clean and safe, and we enjoyed special moments with our small grandchildren in the shallow kiddy pool. I want to leave a special note about the front desk and all the staff who alwyas greeted us with a smile and they were all interested in making our stay a pleasant experience. Thank you.

When we pulled up to the lobby, I was judging the place before walking in. The outside is dated and not the best compared to other locations. However, what it lacked in curb appeal, it made up for on the inside.

The gentleman who checked us in was friendly and helpful. Very clean inside. We got a jacuzzi tub room on the 1st floor, poolside. We stayed on a Monday night and it was not loud at all. We didn’t end up using the pool or hot tub, even though we wanted to. They were operational, but it was nice to just soak in the room.

The bed was ok but the pillows were soft and we were tired. I didn’t notice anything that would cause me to not be comfortable in the room, even though you could tell that it was dated and had been renovated.

The best part about it was the breakfast, the food was ok but the service was great. The cook did everything he could to make sure the guests had what they wanted even after breakfast was supposed to be closed. Even making a fresh batch of scrambled eggs at 9am. Every little drop of milk or spill of cereal was cleaned up immediately with a smile and a good morning.
