Good stay might stay again
Pros:

How close it was to shopping center

Cons:

Our room wasn’t ready due to other persons late check out. They also said all the staff left for the day and no cleaning people were there and they wouldn’t clean it then they all stood in front lobby while I checked in.

Was a very peaceful place to stay and in a great location closer to the stores, gym eatery etc.
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent, lots of stuffs to eat and drink.

Cons:

They had no gym.

Terrible.would never be back or reccommend
Pros:

Staff was friendly. Good location.

Cons:

Filthy. Floor were so dirty. Pool area was disgusting. Bathroom in room was so dirty. And noisy! No soundproofing of rooms. Kids were screaming at 7am on the pool deck.

Overall we were pleased.
Pros:

Breakfast was good, plenty of options. Location was great, room was clean, and beds were very comfortable.

Cons:

Disappointed that the pool was closed down due to heater not working.

Do not stay here!
Pros:

I booked a room back in February for the week of the state fair in July. They did not inform me that they canceled my and they did so without my consent. Then when I got to town and went to go check in, they informed me that they couldn’t find my reservation and then said they canceled it but couldn’t tell me when, why, or who, but I could rent a room now at the current rate which was considerably more expensive. Jacob at the front desk was very rude and laughed at my distress and would not let me speak to a manager. Book AMYWHERE but here.

Pros:

This hotel is Absolutely malicious and scammy. Our reservation was booked two months ago, on our day of arrival, they cancel our reservations and claim “they can’t find our reservation”. They were willing to give our room to us at the going rate which was 3x the rate we had reserved for.

First time staying in ND - Would consider staying here again
Pros:

The bedding was comfortable and the bathroom had a modern mirror. The shower products were a good brand. The front desk guy was very good. The hotel is in the process of renovating and it looks nice. The pool area was usable which is where we focused for kids to play. The location is close to the mall for shopping. I liked the tokens and used them for bottled water.

Cons:

The shower products in my room were empty, and in the next room, my friend's tv and phone were not working. The breakfast left something to be desired, with no cream cheese for the bagels, and the biscuits were undercooked. The crew was building new furniture in the pool area, so all the current chairs were pushed to the side. It made it hard to sit facing each other but we didn't mind. We did mind the manager yelling at our kids for using an inflatable-looking couch as a float. He could have made his point more kindly. In our opinion, the hotel needs a sign informing kids that the couch is not a float, because it is made to look like a float.

Pros:

Location was accessible,atmosphere was very cheerful,our room was exceptionally clean,great value for the price and the hosts

Never again!
Pros:

The garden tub in the suite.

Cons:

My door to the pool area was broken and didn't open. There was mold in the hallway leading to the room and the suite numbers were written on the door knob card readers to say the least.
