Worst place to stay
Pros:

Absolutely terrible, stay away! Stayed for Tx Assn of Broadcasters convention, first room was terrible, reeked of a foul smell, TV and phone didn't work, neither did shower so I demanded another room. Shower worked in it, and accompanied by several cockroaches. Found out the TV didn't work because they hadn't paid the cable bill, phones were broken and service company wouldn't come out for the same reason. Have been a Wyndham Rewards member for over 10 years, 1,000,000+ points earned, and am appalled that Wyndham would allow a franchisee to conduct business this way. Way below their standard.

Would not recommend anyone stay here
Cons:

Room was completely disgusting changed rooms and that one was worse, black mold in bathroom, floors dirty, dead bugs and lots of hair, the sheets looks like they had mold stains on them, the room smelled really bad. Wasn't even there an hour 😕 and still got charged because of un-exceptable conditions.

Huge black mold stains on the ceiling of the bathroom. Pictures are available. Ants on the sink counter and on floor. Cleaning was not done between the 2 days stay

Pros:

The location was important. Check in was smooth. There was enough table space and room space to meet our needs. I did end up reaching out to the office with a noise complaint and they responded quickly.

Cons:

Upon arrival, at 2:30am, we get to our room and the floor is hardwood with a sticky film and dog and human hair everywhere. There were dirt rings all over the floor. The bed had dirt crumbs in it. The towels smelt off. The toilet seat rocked. The hotel provides a set of towels per person, which I'm not sure we get housekeeping daily and I assume you would use the same towel to shower and enjoy the pool. At 6:30am, I went to the office to request a room clean or a mop to help myself. I return to the office again to request a room clean or a new room and I was assured my clean was priority. Then again, hours later, and the manager had just left. I told the office that I was pulling towels, trash and bedding and that I just needed them to bring me new sets and I'd make the bed if they just mop the floor. I was patient with their time until housekeeping was cleaning the neighbor room then went back towards the office with their cart. Housekeeping comes moments later and told me they would bring me new towels in 20 minutes, so I return to the office 6 hours later to collect some towels. The pool hours seemed inconsistent.

Weekend getaway
Pros:

We stayed here for the weekend. The room was clean, our AC worked well in the summer heat, the TV worked as well. We didn't encounter any issues with loud guests. Or highway noise. Parking was not a problem.The Mexican restaurant that is walking distance is delicious! There is also a Starbucks nearby since the complimentary breakfast coffee leaves a lot to be desired. The complimentary breakfast is the basic wrapped muffins, bagels, bread to toast, whole fruits, cereal, waffle maker and cereal
Overall, this was a good stay for the weekend :)
