The breakfast staff was good
The people at the reception not very helpful! The toilet and bathtub in my room was filthy
Handy location, easy access to the interstate
Didn’t even let us know anything about the breakfast. Would not have eaten there because it was not very clean. Floor in our room hadn’t been mopped in days. Only the middle of the floor had been swept
I found what looked like a dead bug in my room.
The hotel staff was amazing and very accommodating!! We were there for hubby's work, check out us supposed to be 11... hubby works til 6... they allowed us to check out at 1 and stay by the pool with our dogs and child so we were not sitting in a hot vehicle for the day at the jobsite!!
The breakfast with Betty was the start of my days, she reminded me of my grandmother (also Betty)...so swèet!!!
Convenient
Clean room and building, everything worked properly (lamps all had bulbs, plumbing, key card entry mechanism, fridge and microwave), location was perfect, clerk on duty was very helpful and was American so I could actually understand what she was saying to me!
My girlfriend and I both have some difficulty with stairs. I called the office earlier in the day to confirm they would hold a ground level room of the type I’d selected for us, to find they already had it held for us.
Property was quiet except they allowed a tractor/trailer with a reefer trailer and its loud refrigeration unit constantly running, to park in the parking lot which was quite narrow near our room. There was a myriad of places around the building where it could have parked and been away from guest rooms! I found this to be an egregious oversight by management.
The only thing about the room I could see wrong was that the clothes iron was missing from the rack that holds it and the ironing board.
I enjoyed the location of the property and that the bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly and very helpful

The bed was very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful with accommodating with my needs.
AC worked well, the shower had good water pressure
The young lady at the desk for check in wasn't very pleasant and was more into her cell phone than tending to us. The room wasn't very clean, and the breakfast area wasn't stocked (I had to ask for forks and plates) and the waffle mix was too runny (the attendant said it was because it was too low). The pillows were thin and old.
We are very pleased with the service received. Attentive and friendly staff. Great hot breakfast included with your booking. The rooms nicely clean. And it's a great value for the price. Will come again!

There was a sticker on our mirror that stated house keeping will only be provided upon requests, we never requested housekeeping and they still entered our room when we weren't there. That was the only thing we didnt like. It felt like an invasion of our privacy
