Nothing Special, but Good Value in a Decent Location
Pros:

A decent (but very dated) room: good size, everything (eg., Wifi, shower, A/C, etc) functioned, quiet, etc. Decent location (near a beach, but far from the main street in San Celemente (Avenida del Mar) but there is a free shuttle to there with a stop very close to the hotel). Pretty good parking, free but on a "first-come, first-served basis."

Cons:

The decor and the hotel in general are very dated. This is definitely not a "special place" but rather something that provides basic functions for a reasonable price. The only truly bad thing was the breakfast (although the waffles, which I didn't have, might have been better than my microwaved breakfast sandwich). It would be better to go out for breakfast, but there is no close alternative (I think).

Hire more help you own a beautiful hotel in a beach community and could care less Shame on you !
Pros:

I loved our room with a balcony! The bed was comfortable the pillows were odd they were couch square pillows instead of regular bed pillows. The staff was overworked but amazing! The pool was clean and warm!

Cons:

Trash bins on the corridors of each floor were overfilling were never emptied our entire visit ! There were chips of paint needs to be painted. The office doors were locked every time staff was called away too to shortage of staff guests left outside upset they couldn’t check in . Very poor management. Never saw a manager or General Manger. Staff seemed tired and over worked.

Relaxing stay near the beach
Pros:

Very happy about spending our summer vacation here. The trolley is right beside the inn and 9 minute walk to North beach and Miramar food hall. Breakfast had a great selection of items. Thank you, we'll be back again! ❤️

Warm, friendly, nice, I would stay again.
Pros:

Clean and friendly. The lady that helped me out the night I checked in, was very nice and gave me an upgrade. I don’t think we really need an upgrade as all the rooms are very clean and always wear immaculate as we walked by.

The morning staff had a bald gentleman, he took her keys and checked us out. Unfortunately, he began He began to discuss the room upgrade and said we would no longer get a free room upgrade as they cost money. I was very thrown off and had no idea why he was even bringing this point up at 6:45 AM. I began to tell him that the upgrade was because the lady was very nice and I didn’t have an issue with the Hotel, upgrade or no upgrade. He was probably just having a bad morning. It’s OK sometimes that happens.

Other than him, everything else was excellent!

Cons:
