My go to from now on
Pros:

Staff is available 24/7 personal and available beyond expectations.. buildings solid and quiet and spacious.. charming Inn best location short short walk to the beach .. up and down beautiful coast .. parking is great design of everything very charming

OK Stay - just overlook the dirty halls, stairs, and elevator
Pros:

Good location and looks great from the street. The room was clean, but very dated and in need of refurbishing because of the very worn furniture. The hallways and stairs haven't been swept in ages - piles of dirt and debris were evident every day of our stay. A bobby pin was on the floor in front of our door all 3 days of our stay. The floor of the elevator was filthy and needed a good scrubbing. Breakfast options were limited - mainly waffles, avocado toast, and a few bananas. No bananas on our last morning. We had a balcony room - with a view of a wall! A bit of a disappointment that cleaning the hallways, stairways, and elevator were not a priority here.

Super agradable
Pros:

La ubicación fue muy práctica, ya que estabamos cerca de la playa y del mall. Ese dia llovia y la ubicacion fue ideal.
El desayuno fue lo máximo, habia una señora gentil que atendia muy bien y era bastante variado.
Habia tanto escaleras como ascensor para subir al segundo piso.

Cons:

lo que lamento es que el piso del pasillo antes de la puerta a la pieza juntara un poco de agua de lluvia.

Had an amazing stay at the Casablanca; staff are awesome!
Pros:

They property was very tidy and well stocked. The team there are amazing and very thoughtful and on it. The rooms are a great size and there is plenty of parking.
They are just off one of the main roads in San Clemente and it is so convenient for almost everything.

Cons:

This is such a slight thing, but the pool heater had broken the day we arrived, so the water was uncomfortably cold. One of the main reasons we booked Casablanca was for the heated pool and it was very disappointing to us that it wasn’t working. This is likely not an issue for other customers though.

You won’t be disappointed.
Pros:

I traveled as a member of a large wedding party. Many chose to stay here. It was nice that as the rooms became available that we could check in before the standard check in time. I loved the intimate feel of the facility. Room was clean. Bedding was luxurious. AC was superior. Complementary breakfast had so much to choose from. Waffle was delicious. Office staff were very friendly.

I won’t allow this terrible experience to prevent me from returning. I just wish this property had some sort of security

Cons:

Unfortunately the gym is extremely outdated. Unsafe to use. I always have a good staycation here,but unfortunately I had an extremely loud obnoxious guest next door. Kept me up all night with temper tantrums.

Pros:

Location was great. Only 2 or 3 blocks to the beach. Plenty of places to eat. They also had a awesome continental breakfast.

Cons:

Shampoo products. But no problem just bring your own.
