Very clean, staff were very friendly especially Rosa. Breakfast was great too
Swimming pool was as clean, and homeless man wondering around the whole hotel.
All the ladies I met were kind and helpful, was grateful to have been there. If I need to come to this area, I will know where to stay.
Location
I arrive around 6 pm room was super hot 90 degrees!!! outside was cooler than inside the room. and the ac was super slow, then when the ac started working and colling (2hr) it started spitting black dust and pieces of some plastic over the bed. The hot tub was super dirty and not working properly. This is last time I use a best western. Even cheaper hotels are way better than this one. I stay in this one because I use the one at san luis obispo and it is perfect. Including a warm welcome compared to this one that is cold and down to the point. I asked for more towel because I book 3 people and the room has any 2 towels and they give me 2 small pool towels and say they have no more!!!! I will rate 0 stars if that was possible.
Breakfast was not good at all. Sorry to say! But location was perfect close to everything!
Better breakfast options. Orange juice shouldn’t be watery! It was very hard to unlock and open the hotel room door

This review is for my most recent stay on 06/21 My stay at this establishment was very pleasant! The check in was smooth and fast. The room met my expectations, and even went beyond them! A special shoutout to the night staff, Kiro. And a shoutout to the day time staff, Lina for making that stay a perfect one! Both of them were attentive to our needs, and made our stay a memorable one. When I am back in MV, I know where I will be resting my head at for the night!
