Pros:

We loved the competitive price. We wanted to stay close to Carmel-by-the-Sea and Monterey. The price was very competitive compared to other accommodation, including what we saw on Airbnb.

The room was very spacious, which was really nice.

We also appreciated the breakfast. It was probably one of the best hotel breakfasts of our entire road trip in California.

There was also a laundry room and a dryer, which was very useful.

Cons:

It would be nice to use the laundry room without needing quarters. Nowadays, there are modern systems that let guests pay by phone or card.

Personal war sehr nett, und besonders beim Frühstück extrem bemüht.
Zimmer war auch sehr sauber und gemütlich.
