A little better than average. Not up to Holiday Inn Express standards.

Cons:

More food selections and a much bigger dining room. Pool and Hutton were not heated.

Good place to stay to be close to my nieces graduation from Cal State Monterey Bay
Pros:

Nice bed. Easy to find and park. Ok breakfast. Driving to downtown allowed us to see nice restaurants and shops about 15 minutes away. Freeway close.

Cons:

Noisy area - need to have the AC on to keep out nearby freeway noise. Only dining nearby was McDonalds and In-Out Burger.
