A booking.com mixup from the computer gave wrong day.told staff at property I would not be at the hotel. They refused to move date.i explained I would not be at property . Neither booking nor property has been helpful after 30

i enjoyed the breakfast and the location of where it is, it’s also quite cute but they charged me extra and did no help in trying to refund my money
the rooms were a decent size but light leaks through the curtains so it’s hard to get a decent nights sleep, plus the beds are small and uncomfortable.

We had stayed here before and given this motel a 5 star review, apparently things have changed in the past 2 or 3 years.
The young lady who checked us in was surly, she was impatient as I was getting my credit card out after I had already given her my ID.
The back of the remote for the TV was not attached. The AC sounds like a jet engine taking off. My husband said that the towels he washes the car with were better than the ones in our room. The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The Breakfast room was a disaster. When we arrived to eat, there were no eggs in the hot pan, I asked when we could expect more and another surly worker basically told me to be patient, so I was, I went to my room to get a leftover pancake from Denny’s. When I came back my husband had eggs and sausage on his plate, there was a family of four in the breakfast room and I waited while they finished up getting their food and when I went in to get butter and some eggs there was nothing left—no bread for toast, no mini muffins, no cream cheese, and especially no eggs again. There were just empty trays. My husband said that the amount of eggs brought in while I was gone had filled about a fourth of the pan. Probably 10 more guests came in at this time, I saw some with only sausage on their plate. I saw the worker come in to fill her coffee cup, if she had time to drink coffee, she should have noticed EVERYTHING needed refilled. I am sorry I didn’t take a photo of the empty trays. I stopped and rang the bell and told her she needed to address the food issue and she seemed to care less. We have stayed in this motel before and had a good experience, I will never come back and will never recommend it.
Felt safe, pet friendly, friendly staff, updated accommodations and plenty of parking
At the time we went in to it there was not much avaliable,for the time we ate nothing more was brought out, around 7:30 to 8. Disappointing. This during a 6 to 9 breakfast time.
Conveniently off the freeway
This property is infested with bugs/cockroaches and the staff is well aware they have a problem, they could not move me because every room would be the same….we were unable to sleep the whole night fearing a bug would climb on us this was a horrible experience and we drove 10hrs so we just needed a goodnight sleep to continue the rest of our 10hr drive. The employee did not offer any help just said this is what they deal with and he would “write a note to management” no follow up nothing and it’s been days I’m not back from my trip and this was mentioned to multiple family members as a horror story never to stay here!!
