Location was great.
Calling this hotel 5 stars is a stretch. Bathroom amenities were very outdated and worn down. There are hardly any bathroom photos listed and now I know why. Like other reviews, the rooms just felt a bit tired. Our shower was tub with a fabric curtain that didn’t fully over the shower and just felt icky. Our room was also outside through a porch and was a standalone room, which might explain why the bathroom floor was always freezing since there was nothing below our room. The AC unit made a weird noise all night so we ended up not being able to use it. My husband and I also mistakenly misheard the price of breakfast, so we decided to try it but it wasn’t until the second day we realized it was actually $35pp… this totally changed our outlook. It was overpriced. The coffee was terrible and watered down, the food was fine but not many options. Normally, I wouldn’t write to complain this much but because this hotel calls itself 5 stars I figured best to let others know before booking.

The Apartment was large, easy to reach and well equipped.
They need to work on the cleanliness of the apartment. It doesn’t have to be new or modern to be clean. We had several spiderwebs with spiders in the bathroom and the bedrooms. Also, the shower was not cleaned well.
Great location and very helpful staff
Quiet, comfortable, classic hotel with a variety of room options for couples, families, and friends alike. The premium two-bedroom suite was perfect for our needs as a group of 4 friends, and had a lovely communal space, updated smart TV, Nespresso machine, and kitchenette to add practicality and function to the stay. Front desk staff were professional and poised.
WC smelled a bit damp/musty, unclear if there were some degree of leakage but would benefit from extra cleaning or plumbing evaluation.
The staff were amazing! Had my rental car stolen outside the hotel. They were so helpful when the rental company weren't! Michele the Manger was just fantastic calling the police and rental company to help we sort it. Made me cups of tea! I can't thank them enough. I will be back on my next visit.

Parking, room fittings and finish were tired and poor. Curtains shocking, door cracked and scratched, no lift,no bedroom tv.
