The breakfast was nice and tasty
The bedding wasnt very pleasent has thw covers was ripped amdnthwre was stains on the duvet on the sofa bed they didnt smell very fresh mynson ended up sleeping on the floor has he refused to sleep in the sofa bed with the dirty linen i found it very dissapointing also couldnt sleep has people jn amd out the the other rooms banging doors andnup amd down the corridor all night it the worst weekend ever just for 2 nights
The facilities. I went to a wedding and the reception room was lovely.
The bedroom, the carpet was dirty the nets on the window were ripped, and room needed a make over.
Cleaning room we stay, thank you to the housekeeping.

A really nice hotel, really pleasant and helpful staff.
There was nothing not to like.
Receptionists were very friendly and helpful and room was comfortable. Breakfast was good.

Staff friendly, food very good, much nicer inside than the impression from the outside.
Bed very firm and pillows hard. Although bed remade the next day, room didn't appear to have been cleaned, crumbs left on the side, cups weren't replaced just rinsed out and tea stains left in the sink. Bit cheeky charging £7.00 per day for parking if staying there.
Room not too bad tv worked ok
Accessable bathroom was not accessible. Very akward turn into the
bathroom, once in the doorway my knees were up against the wc. I could not turn either left or right. Tryimg to reverse out was very difficult and frustrating. We had booked for 3 nights to attend my grandsons wedding but had to leave after 1 night as i had sat all day in tempertures of 36 degrees and then being unable to shower was deadful. Plus having to use the toilet in the bar (which was a very long way ftom pur room through 4 fire doors, which as a powerchair user i cannot open) was really just a joke!
We were very disapointed with Holiday Inn.
The staff are nice. We had dinner there the waiter called Hayden was friendly he went out of his way my husband wanted to have steak even though it was not on the menu he got that made.
