The reception staff where very welcoming & very helpful with our luggage . Room was very clean. Biggest bed I have seen very comfortable . Slept really well .

Perfect location for our event. The staff were lovely and friendly. Everything was clean and tidy. Nothing to fault at all.
Nothing to fault although I did have a panic when I saw the pay to park app and I thought I was going to have to pay £10.
I nearly paid and then checked it was included not sure if that could be made clearer in the Carl park as other people arriving said the same.
