We had a amazing stayed.
Pros:

Dashwant the receptionist and other staff were very helpful, friendly and polite. House cleaning staff were very friendly and polite.
Parking Facilities ,breakfast area and all the other facility we're superb.
Location is great.

Friendly, kind and polite staff but not great rooms
Pros:

Staff went above and beyond! Very helpful and pleasant.

Cons:

We needed a bath as booked family room and had a doodler with us. The shower had black mould round the bottom of the tray. Beds were very uncomfortable.

Had to move rooms due to leaking air conditioning unit and bad smell into a lesser room. Hotel was run down, needed refurbishment, decorating. Menu basic.

Pleasant, comfortable, welcoming
Pros:

Clean, very helpful staff, a very welcoming environment, I will definitely stay there again

Cons:

As a wheelchair user it’s difficult to open doors, I know it’s an added expense but a push button to open the door would be helpful, this is in context of general access to and around the venue, doors into the building, corridors doors etc, it’s a real struggle to be holding a bags and drive an electric wheelchair
