Pros:

Really clean and neat. The staff present during our stay was very helpful and friendly.
They have great breakfast btw, good luck finding croissants like these in most local bakeries.

Cons:

The thersmostat wasn't functioning properly, it was blowing cold air on highest temperature setting.
We haven't tried asking in the reception for help, which would be better as the ai chatbot from their support qr code link isn't responsive.

the worst hotel i have visited
Pros:

Just lobby service

Cons:

the hotel is very dirty , the sheets , the towels , rooms smells very bad (trash/burn smell) i changed rooms twice at the end i just told them that i dont want to sleep in this hotel and i paid this money and changed my hotel i just wasn’t able to stay in such dirty hotel - don’t book if hygiene is important to you

Location. Friendly personnel especially I would like to notice Olik who was willing to help speaking different languages

Cons:

Номер 201 был грязный. Пятна на стенах, ковролине, кресле. Обращались чтоб поменяли, но это не сделали.
Полотенца серые, некоторые с пятнами. Халат при заезде был в волосах и ресницах, но на следующий день заменили.
Чайника в номере нет, только кулер. В номере только стаканы до воды.
Смыв плохо работает, бочок наполняется с перебоем.
Всё это не комфортно.
