Everything. Beautiful location and building
The hotel and restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was in a good location and very quiet surrounded by lovely gardens. Our room was amazing. We stayed in the Tepidarium Spa Suite and it was fabulous. The room itself was very large with very comfortable furniture and a four poster bed you had to climb into because it was so high. The sauna, jacuzzi bath and extra large shower were beyond what we had imagined. It all worked very well and we would definitely stay again and choose one of the spa rooms. Worth every penny. The food in the restauarnt was excellent too.

The bed sheets smelt a bit funny like the washer needing a good cleaning but that’s because I’m sensory. The bar was off limits because of private function and the restaurant bar didn’t have much choice in the larger.

Room was large, sofa was comfy. The EV charger was helpful and at a reasonable price.
The coffee cups in the room were dirty, at this price point that isn't at all acceptable. Room service came with only one cutlery set, occupancy 2 with 4 plates of food. The buffet breakfast wasn't great as some items clearly haven't aged well in the service platter; scrambled eggs, hash browns, Danishes. The requirements to book your breakfast slot was not appreciated, at this price point this is not ok. The room was *very* cold and the towel rail was inoperative. The bed duvet is too short and very thin. I might suggest you lower your rates or raise your standards.
It very lovely place to stay. Yes I travel bit way but find way there.
The room we had was a junior suite and had ample space, a large walk in shower, jacuzzi. The bed was very comfortable. There was a settee. Large chair, desk and a large tv. All of which made this a very comfortable room, subtle decoration added to this experience. The food in the restaurant was good, with plenty of choice, the staff throughout were excellent and gave the hotel a very welcoming vibe. The staff I have to say are a credit to the hotel making our stay second to non.
There was too many cakes and not enough sandwiches on the champagne afternoon tea. The bar drinks were not at competitive prices.
