Pros:

Grounds were beautiful. There was a hairdryer and iron with ironing board in the bedroom so facilities were amazing. Even though there was a party on there were still enough staff not to feel neglected. Bed was very comfortable and bathroom was very big. Walk in shower.
Bar staff very friendly and able to suggest places to visit.
Breakfast was buffet very plentiful and tasty. Recommend the breakfast. We will go again.

Cons:

I hadn't realised the air-conditioning comes on when putting the card in the slot. I will remember to turn it off at night next time.

Value for money
Pros:

Staff were friendly, professional and accommodating . Room ( junior suite) was roomy and air condition made it comfortable in the heat. We had a room at the rear away from the busy road which was very quiet. We also enjoyed walking around the grounds which were well kept.

Cons:

Food was ok. Drinks order took awhile on both evenings. Music in restaurant was irritating as it wasn’t relaxing and it seemed to drone on in the background. The quality of the bedding didn’t match the quality of the room.

Enjoyed our stay
Pros:

Everything was top notch as usual. Stayed in this hotel for many years and the standard has stayed very high. The garden this year with the lillies was beautiful. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Pros:

The spa room we had was lovely. Highly recommend

Cons:

They advertise a balcony for our room. We were looking forward to having a drink on the balcony on arrival as it was 27°. Unfortunately, it's not as it seems. It's a patio door. One side opens inwards, and you're met with railings. You can't stand on it as it's not even big enough for your feet. I felt that this was naughty to advertise this.

I would have liked better coffee options in the room instead of instant. When you're paying £330 for the night as a recommendation for a coffee pod machine would have made the stay feel more luxurious
