Cons:

Wir sind spontan, spät und ohne Vorbuchung um 23:30 angekommen. Da es einfacher für den Nachts-Empfangsmitarbeiter war, haben wir vor Ort via Booking gebucht, anstatt einem regulären Check-In. Wir wollten bereits Frühstück buchen, jedoch hat dieses Abends im System auch nicht geklappt dazuzubuchen, aber uns wurde gesagt, dass wir dieses am Morgen für 18Euro aufs Zimmer buchen können. Auch waren die Doppel-Zimmer nur mit 1 Bettdecke ausgestattet, dieses konnte gemeinsam gelöst werden. Auch wenn etwas länger und umständlicher war, hat der (eher neue) Mitarbeiter sich sehr bemüht.
Beim Check-Out hat ein anderer Mitarbeiter für 4xFrühstück 88.- verlangt. Auf Nachfrage, dass es gestern Abend noch 18.- pP hiess, kam die Antwort "Das ist der Preis, wenn Sie beim Check-In vorbuchen, am Morgen kostet es 22.- pP". Auch nachdem wir diesem Mitarbeiter die Schwierigkeiten beim Check-In erläutert haben, war dieser weder freundlich noch kulant. Er hat einfach das Zahlungsgerät hingestreckt mit den 88.- um das Gespräch zu beenden. Schlussendlich geht es mir nicht um das Check-In oder die 16Euro, aber die Art und Weise vom Mitarbeitende beim Check-Out: das unfreundliche beziehungsweise unvorhandene Gespräch. Vor allem in einer Situation die nicht auf Kundenseite entstand.

Do hotel e do quarto.
Bastante espaçoso e limpo, com camas confortáveis.
O bar é um espaço agradável para se estar.

Cons:

Não tem estacionamento gratuito no local e a zona também não oferece oferta gratuita. Ao lado há um parque pago (15€/dia).

Ao chegar fomos informados que tínhamos pequeno almoço, das horas e do local. Mas quando fizemos check out foi-nos pedido 22€/pessoa por cada pequeno almoço. Foi muito desagradável a postura do funcionário.

Ich kannte das Hotel von früher - einzigartige Bauform
Pros:

Frühstück gut - Zimmer sehr gut und unseres war ruhig -

Cons:

Parkplätze sind vorhanden, aber Gebührenpflichtig - gratis steht aber öffentlicher Parkplatz zur Verfügung - etwas entfernt.

Schönes Business-Hotel mit zentraler Lage. Der Blick aus dem Frühstücksraum ist spektakulär. Das Frühstück sehr reichhaltig.

Cons:

Mein Zimmer war etwas in die Jahre gekommen, die Badezimmer-Tür passte nicht ganz in ihren Türrahmen - wie auch immer das ging.

Super heiß im Zimmer Mitte September, da dort Warm-Wasserrohre durch den Boden liefen. Leider nachts schlecht zu lüften, da durch eine Rettungs-Treppe andere Gäste unbefugt ins Zimmer gelangen könnten

Toilettenspülung war nicht nachhaltig. Es konnte immer nur lang gespült werden, was unnötigen Wasserverbrauch mit sich bringt.
