Akra Fethiye The Residence Tui Blue Sensatori - Ultra All Inclusive - Adults Only

We visited in April for 11 nights as a family of 4, and with a swim-up room. We found the hotel to be outstanding, and the staff brilliant. So much so, we have booked to return this year- something we don’t usually do. I will try to cover the main areas below:

Facilities- the hotel groups are really well
maintained and we never had any issues with cleanliness throughout our stay. Our 2 boys used the football court, and we used the gym, both of which were good. We used the tennis court on a daily basis, and were impressed with the options for guest.

Food- we found the food to be really good. The TAU was our favourite, and we particularly enjoyed using the restaurants for lunch too. The coffee shop was good and the cakes dangerously good.

Drink- we all really enjoyed the drinks- the kids got cans of Diet Coke, and I am easily pleased with a bottle of beer. The wife enjoyed the cocktails, and being able to have international drinks was a nice touch.

Staff- the staff were the highlight for all of us, they couldn’t do enough for you. The animation team took time to speak with guests and the kids- and a big shout out goes to Tom, Rosie, Ella, Calvin (sorry if im forgetting any). 2 people who went out of their way consistently were and Omer Faruk and Berfin who was unbelievable in making sure we were never without a drink.

Entertainment- as touched upon above, the entertainment team were great and worked tirelessly throughout our stay. The sporting team during the day made events fun and we thought the evening singers were excellent.

All in all, it was a great stay and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the hotel.

Absolutely fabulous hotel - staff can’t do enough - we have visited 4 times now. The only “issue” we had & it’s not a deal breaker, but, for a 5 star hotel, the Sunbeds are so uncomfortable! When you book a swim up room, which is quite expensive, you’d expect the Sunbeds on the terrace to have cushioning on them. We have stayed in other 5 star hotels and have always had comfortable Sunbeds. That’s the only thing that let’s this hotel down .. hopefully they will sort this out for this year / coming years .. 🙏🏼🤞🏼

We had a wonderful time at Akra, special shoutout to Beyza at the adult bar. Initially we were worried about staying at an all inclusive and eating buffet, but the food was really good, there are so many options. I think the buffet was actually better than the Asian restaurant that we booked alacarte. Every night they had a theme and special dishes, I liked how there's an adult only or family areas for dining, bars, and pools. The adult only pool areas were great and far away from the kiddie area. Our kids enjoyed the activities and food. Some areas that they can improve on - keep the slides on all day, not only during certain hours. Teen activities shouldn't start & end early, the teen programs could be better. Email guests ahead of time to communicate the restaurant booking process. But again, not being able to see at all the alacarte restaurants turned out to be fine. Service was good and staff was welcoming.

Sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal. Super Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Das Essen hat immer gut geschmeckt. Das Hotel war sauber. Es war immer sehr ruhig (außer am Strand), der richtige Ort um sich zurückzuziehen.

Been many times & always love it, however this time things changed slightly. The cocktails were not as nice & the breakfast pastries were mainly chocolate, we used to love the soft gorgeous vanilla custard type ones with a little strawberry on top but they were longer being made. It's not a cheap holiday & we were always guaranteed top class cocktails especially at the adult pool bar but they were not the usual high standard. Disappointed to be honest.

Fantastic hotel, very clean and modern. Food was excellent and lots of choice. Good facilities for my young children. The one thing that stood out was the service. In particular from the waiter named Melih in the family section of the main restaurant. He took the time to learn my children's names and was very kind to them throughout my stay.

For balance, I think I should mention the kid's club activities were a bit limited. I would have preferred if the kids club was open throughout the day so my kids could pop in to play with the toys and colour when they wanted to.

Everything was outstanding during our stay: every staff member was very kind and professional, food was delicious everywhere (our favorite was Cuphea restaurant), the hotel territory is big and beautiful + you can also use the sister hotel’s facilities. Special thank you to the bartenders at Balcon bar who always made us incredible cocktails (both from the menu and improvised) - Ezgi and her colleague who created the menu (sorry, I didn’t catch his name, unfortunately).
It was the best hotel we have ever been to in Turkey! Thank you very much!

Today we leave. But with great memories..
I have stayed in a lot of sensetori hotels but this one topped the lot.
We stayed the last two weeks of the season and it was still hot 27 most days. The hotel was very quiet which suited us but the standards didn't drop at all. ( I think last night there was 30 of us left)
The pools were beautiful and clean as was every inch of the hotel.
We based out selves in the adult only area and used the pool bar. The waiters and bar staff were first class.
Hakan and Serhat are just two of the names we can recall and them as others made every day special. With Hakan having a friendly greeting and waving a bottle of becks at me every morning. His smile will stay with me until we return next year.
The food was impeccable. We are at every restaurant bar the steak house as this did have a 50 euro supplement but we didn't feel the need as the Italian did amazing steaks and the lamb chops were divine.
Fresh pizzas every day if you wished.
The Chinese and Turkish were just as good.
The large banquet Hall was amazing. How the get so many dishes out and right every time. Deserves praise as well. Honestly the food is the best I have had on any holiday and I have been all over the world.
The entertainment team were fantastic. Every night has plenty on everywhere around the hotel. Big thanks to the hotels very own Elton John Aka Jonatan who has come over all the way from South Africa to entertain. He was first class and extremely talented. He took time to speak to us as well. TUI need to keep this guy on he is perfect for the hotels vibe.
Elizabeth on the violin as well was world class, having so many different vibes made our night. Thank you to both of you especially for the nights we sat in with you.

Thanks as well to all the cleaning teams for their tireless work. You are absolute stars.

We had a trip in chalis for some clothes and watches etc. Trendy is the shop for these. We also used the Turkish barbers and tattoo parlour.

I do understand people have negative experiences in hotels but I feel some of these are very petty and could be resolved easily.

I will definitely be back. And I hope all the friendly faces are here again next year.

Tui never forget your staff they're the backbone of your company.

Beautiful hotel in every way
The location is stunning. Everything about the hotel is most definitely 5 star. The drinks are worth mentioning as they are branded, fantastic cocktails. So clean, all the staff go above and beyond. In-house Entertainment team so talented .
Completely understand why guests choose to return, it's wonderful.

Fab hotel.
This is my favourite hotel that we’ve been to so far.
The food and drinks were by far the best. The Amber restaurant was our favourite.
The Italian cafe in the day was also very good. Great coffee there.

The hotel and layout were great.
Very clean.
Room was spacious and had iron, ironing board, hairdryer.

The entertainment was also good, Dan was fab in the lobby bar.

My fave part of the day was the beach bar and DJ. This was total chill time with a cocktail in hand watching the sunset.

My only niggle would that there needs to be a chill out zone for pre teens/teens inside the hotel, maybe the outdoor area between the lobby bar.

Computer games, books etc as there is no where for them to go unless they go to the park which is not near the main hotel.

Spent a family week in October, we found the buffet and restaurants excellent lots of variety and themed nights were great . The Rooms were clean and tided every day found all staff friendly and helpful plenty of sun beds around the pools and beach there was the odd early morning towels out but at 8 am loads of beds available. Beach is sandy however you do have to go over approx 4 metres of pebbles to reach the sea so shoes advisable.

Pools ; unfortunately Tui and the hotel would say the pools were heated however we found them to be cold which we read about before going so took wet suits for the kids and adults which was a god send. Many people have commented on this issue on the Tui Blue hotel app but still never got resolved must be due to cost.

There is a hotel next door called the liberty which a couple of nights played very load bass booming music till early hours of the night, reception told us to contact them each time this happened.

Apart from a couple of issue this is a great hotel and would definitely go back.

This was our second holiday to Turkiye and it was the best. From the moment we arrived the staff have been excellent and nothing is too much trouble. We made use of all the facilities, including archery, family football, TUI bots shows and the spa where we had 4 massages for me and my partner and one family one with our two kids. The spa is amazing and exactly what is needed to help you wind down and completely relax. I used the gym virtually every day and my partner did the yoga, Pilates and other classes. If you book various session as we did you will get a good deal.

The food in the restaurant was very good, with a different theme every night. It was our first time being abroad for Halloween and what an experience they hosted for the families. The kids and adults loved it and the level of detail on the cakes and desserts was fantastic. The weather was just right most days, with a couple of overcast days and one storm on the day we did the Dalaman boat trip but we got to feed turtles which was amazing.

Lastly, the entertainment, specifically the music was great. We listed every night to Jonathan and the other singers and they were fabulous.

We would seriously consider returning, which we have never done for a holiday anywhere, or visit another Akra hotel. Thank you to all the staff ♥️

Hotel, staff, food everything perfect! Couldn’t fault a thing - great quality food and drink, no fighting for sunbeds, no crazy entertainment staff or spa sales people.

We have just returned from a fabulous week at this hotel. The resort is beautiful, amazing views of the sea and surrounding mountains from our balcony and around the resort. The food was amazing. We did visit the Turkish and Italian restaurants, which were both great, however the Turkish restaurant was our favourite. We also ate at the Sunset Restaurant which was amazing. The food was excellent and the staff were fabulous.
The resort is well set out. There are plenty of adult only areas within the restaurants, hotel and separate pools. There are plenty of areas for just couples or for families. It seems that they have got the balance spot on. The beach is just a really short walk from the main pool areas and has plenty of beds for everyone.
The hotel is also very clean. At no time did we find anywhere that was not well kept, including the beach. The staff work really hard making sure that everything is just spot on and everyone we met were extremely friendly and helpful.
I must just mention a couple of staff who really made our holiday extra special. (Apologies in advance if my spelling is incorrect.
We were in room 1423 and Kadash was the lovely lady who looked after us so well. Our room was always spotless, she kindly dressed our room for my birthday, which was a really lovely touch and she was always so cheerful every time we saw her.
Kubra the lovely lady who looked after us every morning at breakfast. From our first morning, she was just amazing. Although she was always on the go, she always had time to take an interest in you, making sure you had everything that you needed and always with a smile.
Zainab was another lovely member of staff at breakfast. Again always on the go but so helpful and cheerful.
All of the staff work really hard but these three ladies do an amazing job and we can only thank them for their kindness and excellence. They are a real credit to the hotel.
We would definitely recommend this hotel. Originally we thought we would just try Turkey once, as we had never visited before but we left the hotel after an amazing, relaxing holiday, with very fond memories and a need to return hopefully next year.

What can I say!

We have travelled a lot as a family of 3 and I can honestly say this is the best hotel we have ever stayed in!

Had a lovely family holiday here is July the drinks and food were both amazing. Kids club and activities my daughter loved them and had fun everyday.

We couldn’t fault the hotel only wished we had stayed for longer than a week. Would 100% visit again.

I spent a week here with my daughter this half term and it was just perfect. Everything you could need - delicious food and drink on tap, plenty of pools or the beach to choose from in the day and some great entertainment in the evenings.
We booked a spa experience after Hamdi and Sammy told us about the great packages on offer.
Hamdi was fantastic and we really enjoyed the hammam experience. We’ve had many spa days but not experienced a Turkish Hamam ritual before. Would definitely recommend. The full body massage was wonderful too.
