The staff are a real credit to this hotel and truly made our stay memorable. You can really see the AKRA training shining through. From the waiting team who remembered our preferences to the friendly housekeeping staff, everyone was warm and attentive. We arrived late at night and still received a lovely welcome, along with excellent support from the customer relations team throughout our stay.
Service in our cabana was excellent, the steakhouse was superb, and both the spa treatment and the Turkish shave were standout highlights.
The beachfront location is beautiful and retains a lovely local charm, and we enjoyed visiting the nearby Whynot shop.
We were also lucky to be there during a Turkish festival the staff worked incredibly hard to create a fantastic day. The entertainment team were brilliant, and the children loved the TUI bots and the quiz.
The life guarding team were very professional.
The hotel is clearly in the middle of an upgrade, and this showed in some areas.
Our compact family room had a difficult shower‑over‑bath setup with no handrail, which wasn’t ideal for children. We had requested a walk‑in shower, but this wasn’t possible. Not really a family set up.
The kids club was full most mornings, as were many of the activities. If you’re visiting for this aspect, you need to be quick, very quick.
Food in the main restaurant was inconsistent: often cold, lacking flavour, and with limited options for children (mostly pizza and pasta). Salt was used in abundance, even in the popcorn and there was no sushi available.
There was plenty of ice cream but no lollies, which wasn’t ideal for younger children. The patisserie was good, but the desserts were large, repetitive, and lacked savoury options.
Despite the hotel not being full, sunbeds were reserved early. Guests were also allowed to drink beer bottles in the pool, which felt out of place for a hotel of this standard.
There were many positives, especially the staff, but the resort didn’t quite deliver the premium Sensatori feel we’ve enjoyed elsewhere. With new hotels now available nearby, we’d likely consider alternative options next time.
Excellent hotel ,everything you would expect from a sensatori , all bar and restaurant staff very helpful and polite, lobby bar a but hectic at times but the staff are busy trying to give you the best service, hotel grounds and pool areas are excellent, drinks choices are good and the food choices are the best we have had at a all inclusive hotel
Dear Mr. Omer Ali and Mr. Umit Deniz,
I am writing to express our profound disappointment and concern regarding the treatment of our 11-year-old son during our recent stay at your hotel.
Our son became seriously unwell after suffering food poisoning during our holiday. As a result of his illness, he accidentally soiled a hotel bed sheet . Rather than handling this unfortunate situation with understanding and compassion, your staff chose to publicly embarrass and humiliate him by discussing the matter in front of reception staff and other guests, before demanding a charge of £170.
The way this incident was handled was completely unacceptable. Our son was already distressed and unwell, yet he was made to feel ashamed and singled out for something that occurred as a direct consequence of his illness. We consider this treatment discriminatory and entirely lacking in empathy, particularly towards a vulnerable child.
The emotional impact on him has been significant. What should have been an enjoyable family holiday has instead become a deeply upsetting experience that has effectively ruined his holiday. No child should be made to feel humiliated in front of others for becoming ill.
Emma from TUI was also made aware of the situation and witnessed the distress and upset that this incident caused. We ensured that the matter was reported at the time, as we felt the treatment of our son was wholly inappropriate and fell far below the standard of customer care that any family should expect.
In addition to this, the overall experience at the hotel has been extremely disappointing. Due to a small amount of rain on the 28th, it became virtually impossible to get a table in the buffet restaurant, leaving guests with nowhere suitable to sit and eat. Once again, we were forced to sit in our bedroom instead, which is unacceptable during a family holiday at a hotel of this standard.
What makes this even more disappointing is that this was not our first visit to your hotel. This was our fifth stay, and over the years we have recommended your hotel to family members who have also stayed with you. We have always enjoyed our visits and expected a far higher standard of customer care and professionalism.
Sadly, the way this matter was handled, alongside the ongoing issues during our stay, has completely changed our perception of your hotel. We are incredibly disappointed and can confidently say that this will be our last visit.
We request a full investigation into this incident, an explanation as to why a child was treated in such a manner, and a review of the £170 charge. We also expect a formal apology for the distress and embarrassment caused to our son and our family.
We trust that you will take this complaint seriously and respond promptly with details of the actions you intend to take to address our concerns.

Great Hotel, this is the 2nd time visiting and refurbishments have been made making it even better. We'll definitely be coming back again. There's lots of activities to do for kids and adults. The food is amazing, both the main restaurant and the 3 A-la-Carte restaurants. Treated myself to a Spa treatment, great recommendations from Hamdi (Mystical Touch: peeling and foam massage, deep tissue and face mask). Sari did all 3 massages, it's the best i've had to date - i suffer from upper and lower back pain and felt amazing after, i would reccomend to everyone... Will definitely try one of the others next time i'm back.
Cannot fault this resort. It’s absolutely spotless very new / modern. The staff are all so super friendly smiley happy and willing to do anything for you and they are great with kids. Food great drink great ( I would prefer a premium package for wine but that’s just my opinion there were so many other great selections ). The cafe is fab amazing coffee and the best cakes ! Milk shake and iced cream shop another great addition. Our room was lovely and was cleaned and tideless brilliantly every day. The beach is beautiful. We were incredibly sad to leave - one of the best family resorts I have ever been too. Love it !
We can't really fault the hotel, the service, attention to detail and the cleanliness were first class. We would love to return next year.

Service at the buffet restaurant
We met Buket on our first day.
She was so friendly making us feel so very welcome. Nothing was too much trouble. She was so very professional, caring and attentive, she made every meal time a real pleasure. Buket is an absolute asset to the Tui team . Absolutely five star service every day. Thank you to much for looking after us so well Buket. Hope to see you again next year.
The food at the buffet restaurant
After spending 10 days at this resort, we could not leave a review without mentioning the food. Wow, so much respect and appreciation for the whole team preparing and serving the buffet. The choice was amazing everything was so fresh and so much care and attention was given to presentation. Fabulous flavours and blending of ingredients everything was delicious.
We had the pleasure of meeting Chef Omer Güven. His passion for sourcing local sustainable ingredients is clear and his expertise creating authentic and new dishes is wonderful.
Everyday we tried something new absolutely embracing the local cuisine. The whole experience was fabulous. Huge applause to the whole team. As a plant based chef, I was inspired and can’t wait get cooking. I think mint is my new favourite herb.

Lobby bar
Wow, Huseyin is an absolute star of the lobby bar. So welcoming and such an amazing talent. Our cocktails were fabulous and the attention to detail made us feel very special indeed. We went to the lobby bar every evening of our stay, it became our local.
The whole team were always so pleased to see us and looked after us so attentively and professionally and always with a smile. Thank you so much.
The Spa
Hamdi was the perfect host and very proud to show us around the amazing spa . He looked after us every step of the way. He guided us through the comprehensive treatments on offer and we decided to purchase the holiday package which was absolutely incredible. A Turkish bath and three hour long massages. We have never felt so relaxed. A big thank you to our wonderfully skillful and very attentive therapists Candra and Yuma, who treated us with such care and grace, you made us feel so comfortable and we felt renewed and refreshed after each visit.
Such an amazing addition to our holiday, we would thoroughly recommend a visit to the spa. Thank you all so very much.
I just wanted to write a quick review on this hotel as we have just returned after staying at the Residence section but did spend some time this side.
The beach bar is a highlight for us and the music sessions at 4 were wonderful.
The service by all the bar staff is exceptional. Ramazan who we know from previous visits is always a joy. Friendly and always remembers us.
Kutay another great bar tender.
The smiley hard working Hakan was so lovely. He is a credit to the hotel. Almed another waiter who worked hard but every member at staff at that bar deserve a mection.
We also participated in the aqua fit with Riad daily. He's a great lad and enjoyed several chats with him.
We also came over twice to have lunch at the buffet. The new renovation is lovely and and gave a more bright and spacious feel to the restaurant. We enjoyed sitting in the adults outside service where the service was excellent.
The food was excellent too and such a great choice.
We also had several lunches at the sunset bar where as usual the food was delicious and service excellent. Im sorry I didnt catch our waiters name but all work very hard there.
Overall as we have stayed at this hotel several years ago and have family members who stay now the standard of service is very high and totally understand why there is so many guests who return year after year.

There is not enough words to describe how lovely this place is ! The staff are very professional and work exceptionally hard ,so helpful mertcan our cocktail server was a joy super fun and professional.the views are amazing the food is a solid 10/10 and very consistent throughout the whole trip we will definitely be returning.
An unforgettable stay from start to finish. The hotel itself is stunning, the location is perfect, and every member of staff made us feel genuinely welcome. We travelled as a large group with a 2-year-old, and there was truly something for everyone — the atmosphere, facilities, and service were exceptional throughout.
The highlight of our trip was without a doubt the beach cabana experience, and that was all thanks to Cezar. We booked a cabana for 3 days and it completely made our holiday. Cezar went above and beyond every single day — so attentive, professional, warm, and always one step ahead of anything we needed. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and he made us feel so relaxed and looked after.
He also took care of us during a private beach cabana evening for my engagement, and it was absolutely magical. Cezar made the whole experience feel so special and personal, creating memories we’ll never forget. His kindness and attention to detail really stood out and made such a difference to our stay.

This is my fourth visit to this hotel. The restaurant and the newly renovated areas, including the lobby, are fantastic. As always, it offers a clean and family-friendly holiday atmosphere. The desserts and drinks are wonderful, but the food could be a little tastier this year; the quality of the food has decreased. Other than that, everything is great, as always. I especially need to mention the spa. I had never tried it on my four previous visits to this hotel. By chance, I met Hamdi while going to the gym, and following his recommendations, I tried the Turkish bath, three lymphatic massages, and mixed therapy. I feel amazing; all my aches and pains are gone. I even questioned why I hadn't tried it before. I think this hotel's spa is truly worth trying; there's a very professional team. Especially Hamdi, thank you!
Just returned spending 10 days in this beautiful hotel, we went back taking friends with us.we all loved it❤️ All the staff are a credit to you, Maret at breakfast was amazing and always had a smile and very attentive. Merryn omlette lady is the best 🥰Abdullah excellent barman in piano bar, friendly and nothing too much trouble will make you any 🍹🍸Maret and Surkan looked after us in Italian, excellent service, beautiful food .Mesut looked after us around the pool area and recognised us from last year 😃 lovely man. Ulas in Amber can't do enough for you, also Baren and Ismail went above and beyond for us, making sure we were all happy 😃we hired a cabana for our friends anniversary, amazing day, Sezur our waiter was the best, would highly recommend getting one. So relaxing and waited on, had champagne 🍾 and cake to celebrate 🥳could go on writing but everyone and hotel excellent. All waiting girls very helpful and friendly. Just a little point, Piano bar got a bit samey after a few nights, all the entertainment crew are excellent, Jonathan and Craig amazing musicians but same songs. Saturday night party was the best ,lasers outstanding and little special touches ☺️ we will be back , thank you all for looking after us xx
We have recently retuned from a 10 night stay at TUI Blue Akra Sensatori Fethiye after visiting this hotel numerous times.
We have never and continue to not be disappointed with this place. We did NOT want to come home !!
Staff at reception cannot be helpful enough, any questions/queries they always have the answer and are more than happy to help.
Loads of choice for food which cannot be faulted across all restaurants including the à la carte.
Yes, there is a pillow menu which you can view and request changes if required.
The hotel grounds, rooms, restaurants and surrounding areas are immaculate.
We used the gym which again is immaculate and well equipped. Options for classes such as HIIT yoga etc.
The beach is fantastic with multiple sun beds not too close to one another and gives off a real chill vibe with some relaxing music on afternoons. The bar staff at the beach are amazing, always around taking drinks orders with a friendly smile and nothing was ever too much trouble.
Most importantly the staff are outstanding and are what makes this hotel such a great place.
They cannot do enough for you and are so pleasant and friendly.
In particular, Buket and Murat in the main restaurant at breakfast. And our evening server Ramazan. We were always greeted with a friendly smile and they could not be more attentive throughout our dining experience.

II came to Akra fethyie Tui blue with my best friend and I had a great time here, hotel staff are amazing, I had a full day spa met a guy called Hamdi who helped me choose the right package for me, all the staff are very professional and unlike most hotels in turkey is been to the spa staff just want your money and they come round bothering u when sunbathing, this wasn't like that at all. I only came for five days but loved every single minute. I would have loved to have the spa every day but finances were low. Just want to say thank you to Hamdi for relieving my constant pain in my back, I truly feel new again. My friend had a chocolate turkish bath and she loved it so much. Had the best time we did.
I’m sat here on the beach during the last day of my visit. This is my second time here and it’s been absolutely amazing again. I thought that it couldn’t improve from the last time but unbelievably it has. Some renovation work to the main restaurant has improved the flow of the building and there have been upgrades to decor/furniture elsewhere . We never once tried the 3 other restaurants as the food here was exceptional. The grounds here are immaculately kept and the staff are engaging and extremely friendly. I will mention a few who were really special Gizem and Silla and Define for the best coffees. Bartu for delicious chocolate. Rosa for an invigorating massage. Ali in the sunset bar. Hakan who looked after us on the beach. Hatice kept our rooms spotless.
But especially Myriam in the beach bar. What a pleasure to meet and chat with throughout our stay. Thanks for all the interactions.

There’s a great vibe and atmosphere here. The musical night on Sunday was excellent and we even went to the rave on Saturday!!!

Exceptional Food, Outstanding Staff, and Heartwarming Hospitality
Akra Fethiye Tui Blue is a resort that clearly refuses to rest on its laurels. You can genuinely feel the hotel constantly striving to be better, and it shows in every detail on our second visit. The addition of the new coffee shops, snacks and premium ice cream has elevated the entire experience, bringing a refined, authentic 5-star feel to the property. Pair this continuous improvement with the absolutely amazing food served throughout the resort, and you have the perfect recipe for a holiday.
However, what truly makes this hotel shine is the people. Every single member of the staff is outstanding, and honestly, I feel a bit guilty for not being able to name them all! I should be calling out more, two individuals deserve a very special mention for making our stay extraordinary. First is Gökhan, a waiter in the main buffet restaurant. He was amazingly attentive, anticipating our needs with a smile before we even had to ask. Second is Hüseyin at the main bar. He possesses the magical ability to never let my whisky glass go empty, all while effortlessly churning out phenomenal cocktails for the crowd.
A little cultural tip for future guests: Try using the Turkish phrase "Kolay gelsin" (pronounced ko-lie gell-sin) when interacting with the team. It translates beautifully to "May your work be easy." Saying this is a small, kind gesture that acknowledges their hard work, and you will undoubtedly see their faces light up in appreciation.
Finally, please tip the staff generously, folks. They work incredibly hard around the clock to create these seamless, luxurious experiences for us. It means the world to them, and wholeheartedly, they deserve it. We're booked to return in May 2026
We recently made yet another return visit to this fabulous hotel.
Big renovations took place over the closed season, from the reception through the walkway to the ‘Restaurant’, new shops and a great Barista Coffee shop is there now ‘Baska ol’, the renovation of the restaurant has made it lovely and modern looking with lots of curves and wood, very pleasing to the eye. There was a bit of an issue when we first arrived with plates being cold and the hot food not being hot enough, this was raised and resolved. Please if there are any issues, do NOT complain when you get home, raise it at the time, either with the Restaurant manager/supervisor or the TUI team, if they don’t know they can’t do anything about it. This hotel genuinely wants you to have the best holiday experience and will do all they can to ensure that happens.
As always the staff were first class. Buket and Gokhan were so efficient and friendly at breakfast every day, bar staff were excellent, but those I want to give a special mention to are Hüseyin Çakan and Abdullah Ozan Toprak in the main Bar who not only are talented cocktail makers but are also such lovely friendly people too, although they do raise an eyebrow when I move onto sparkling water (I’m not a big drinker….wine with dinner, a couple of cocktails then I’m done).
Hakan Tunçoğlu and Yigit deserve a mention at the boardwalk, again, such lovely people as well as excellent at their job.
I know that my husband has mentioned a lot of people in his review so I won’t mention all of them again, but I would like to give a shout out to Yusuf and Baran who always ensures that people get seats in the bar as well as everything else there job entails.
Entertainment cast/bar entertainment/flown in and local acts all brilliant, make sure you don’t miss them, all the programme of what’s on is in the TUI Blue app, get it downloaded.
I must also mention the SPA, Opening hours 0900-1900, what an amazing space, go and check it out when you visit, it is on floor -1 below the bar/reception, near the indoor pool/hair and beauty salon/courtesy room/gym. Their full menu of treatments are on the TUI blue app.
I had an absolutely wonderful experience, the spa itself is spotlessly clean with beautiful calm lighting, and a peaceful atmosphere that immediately helps you relax. I can thoroughly recommend the Traditional Turkish Peeling and Foam Massage from the Hammam Treatments - your skin will feel amazing after - and also the full body Relax Massage. What a great way to start a holiday, or mid way through or before venturing home. A special mention must go to Hamdi at the Spa, who is exceptionally knowledgeable about all the treatments available. He takes the time to discuss options with guests and helps recommend the most beneficial treatments or packages for individual needs. His warm, engaging personality is a real asset to the spa.
Sauna and steam room are available to use free throughout the spa opening hours.

We have just came back from this resort and honestly it couldn’t have been more good. I am 15 years old and I love doing lighting and sound for theatre, the day we got there the entertainment team were so good and managed to let me help do the tech a lot of the nights we were there and it was amazing, they were all so so supportive and honestly couldn’t be better. It made my whole holiday along with the hotel but actually getting to do the thing I love but on a better scale with the best people was just amazing and couldn’t be better. The lighting and sound guy Yǐgit and Mim the entertainment team were absolutely amazing on helping me and I can’t express more how actually good they were, It Literally made my entire holiday that’s how much it meant to me. Please go to this hotel it is outstanding but the entertainment team is even better.
