Akra Fethiye The Residence Tui Blue Sensatori - Ultra All Inclusive - Adults Only

I visited here this month (June 26). It was recommended by friends of a friend. I was a bit sceptical at first having not been to Turkey and going with family and friends (8people). Everything about this hotel was amazing. It was clean, the staff were amazing the food was amazing. From the start to finish we had an amazing time. The rooms were big and cleaned everyday. The pools were great, we stayed at the activity pool most days (slightly heated) but the choice of pools was great. The bar staff at the pool bar were lovely. There was one man there cant remember his name. (He's in December) was lovely. Was always around the pool getting us drinks and teaching us some Turkish. During the days it was very warm and the views from the beach and pool was lush. The food was my favourite part. The restaurant was always doing something different with themed evening. The breakfast pancakes were my top. The donor meat at the restaurant and the beach hut was outrageously good. We eat in the Tao and Amber restaurants and both were great. Throughout the hotel there was enough seating, restaurants, bars, pool and beach sunbeds. The evening entertainment was good, once we found the area. Our children (12 & 9) didnt go in the kids club as I feel it was aimed at smaller children but they had an amazing time at the pool every day. You can use pounds or euros which was handy not worrying about changing money. The little shop in the hotel was very handy and there is a few shops outside the restaurants where you can get snacks and drinks, inflatables etc.
Now my only issue is had here was the use of apps were confusing. They use 2 apps for this hotel. The Akra and the Tui Blue app (not just the Tui app) it took us a while on working out how to book things and what was on during the day but we worked it out after a couple of day. Saying that we could have spoke to guest relations or Tui reps and we would have worked it out quicker.
All in all the holiday was amazing and I was really sad to leave. I will definitely book again.
Lastly I want to mentions the entertainment staff. They were all great and we had a great time with them on the pool team day (friday) and the party on the saturday. Speaking to them all was great. They were all lovely. FI found Jake was really friendly and informative. However Mim was amazing, she was friendly, a good laugh and genuinely felt like a friend of ours as soon as we meet her. I hope that when I come back that they are all still there as they made the holiday a 5 star holiday! I read the reviews before coming and I didn't see any of the bad things other people had experienced. If you thinking of going here I was 100 percent recommended bookings.

This was our second visit to this fabulous hotel! I have no negative comments for this hotel, it is just absolutley fabulous! The food and drink is AMAZING!! The staff are all so lovely and cant do enough for you, i still stand by my last review that this is the best hotel we have ever stayed in. 100% reccomend, great for families and also for couples, plenty to do for all age groups and adult only areas are avaliable too. It was our 10 year wedding anniversary and on arrival we arrived to our room with baloons,cake,fruit,prosecco. The entertainment is so good, tribute acts are amazing. Johnathan and craig in the bar and very talented at what they do and are a credit to the hotel.

Marium at the caretta bar always so friendly with a smile. This is just a few names we managed to get but honestly all the staff are amazing.

What can I say this is my 5th visit to this hotel and it just gets better all the time..brilliant!staff are superb especially Corey at the adult pool bar he made the stay so much better

For my mums 80th my sister and I took our mum to this hotel for a weeks holiday. To be honest we weren’t sure what to expect.. but this hotel is amazing.
Firstly everywhere is spotlessly clean, and as a former hotel owner this is very important to me. The food was of an elevated standard and the abundance of places to eat was excellent. As a lover of a good chilled glass of wine I was genuinely pleased with the wines on offer, all part of the package.
I would recommend hiring a cabana for a few days, the adults pool area was quite busy (but relaxed) and we found the cabanas restful and cooling with the butler service excellent.
I would also recommend the steak restaurant (sunset restaurant) the views in the evening are as stunning as the food.
We are hoping to go back to this hotel later this year and taking my friend with her 92 year old mother who will find the wheelchair accessibility makes for a great stay too

Loved everything. The staff, the hotel, It was clean, comfortable, and welcoming throughout, and the whole team for their kindness and genuine hospitality. Nice dinning area and clean beach

Absolutely fantastic hotel. Such friendly staff, excellent amenities, beautiful surroundings and gardens. We were here with my partners sister and husband. We only came for 1 week but wished we had booked for longer. Entertainment was brilliant. Beach right adjacent to the resort with a fantastic pool bar ( also turned to a chill out bar at night).
We hired a cabana to surprise our partners...twas brilliant. We were well looked after by the lovely Caesar....such a lovely guy. Made our experience even better....nothing was a problem to get us.
The receptionist Eren was just lovely and helped me get a pharmacy and doctor when my partner got I bad bite which led to cellulitis!. Sorry I didn't get to say cheerio!
All the restaurants were great...an excellent assortment of beautiful food and cherry staff....always a smile.
The pools were brilliant....family pool with separate ( deeper) pool with swim up bar for the adults. Plenty of sunloungers and Parasol's.
Can't wait to return fingers 🤞🤞🤞 xx

Currently sat in the lobby bar on our last day and reflecting on what a lovely holiday we’ve had.

The hotel, food, drinks and service have all been excellent from start to finish. We stayed in a swim-up room, which we absolutely loved, and honestly couldn’t fault a thing during our stay.

A special mention has to go to Halit. He looked after us so well throughout the holiday, especially at breakfast and lunch. Always friendly, always smiling, and happy to have a laugh with us. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble.

People like Halit are what make a good holiday a great one. He genuinely made our stay more enjoyable and is a big reason why we’d happily return in the future. Thank you, Halit, and thank you to everyone at the hotel for a fantastic holiday.

Very well maintained resort with friendly staff. Special mention to Firit from the Spa. Ali & Rumeysa from the roof top bar. Mehmet the manager of the restaurants and Serkat, Gokhan & many many others who made the trip enjoyable.

The hotel is very clean, the variety of entertainment each day is very good, the quality of food in the al la carts is really good. The cocktails are fantastic, ask Yid (sorry if I’ve got it wrong) for his spicy pineapple special down at the beach bar, it’s the best cocktail ever! The hotel is very pretty. The dj on the beach is a really good vibe!
Isa a waiter in the buffet was exceptional! He was so attentive and really looked after us. Which probably wasn’t much fun as we were with a 4 year old a 2 year old and a 3 month old, but he didn’t make us feel like we were annoying and made the kids smile. He works so hard and really was the best waiter I’ve ever found at a hotel!

I like this hotel BUT.
The rooms and pools are superb. We are on the 3rd floor with a good view. The adults pool and grounds are lovely. The beach is good and entertainment so far has been good
BUT the restaurant situation does not
fit the price tag! This isn't a cheap hotel. There are 5 a la cartes, and u can only book 3 free of charge in a week. The other 2 cost 100 euros per couple!!!! This is extortionate!
We have just eaten at the (free) Turkish. Very disappointing and half empty!! Photo attached.
The buffet is good but why are Tui ripping us off with 100 euros for a steak and Turkish restaurant?
We have questioned the concierge who was not interested in our complaints about the system.
Avoid if u want value for money

Great hotel that exceeded our expectations in every department.
Great food and drink with top brands available.
Good set up with a number of pools designated for kids or adults so everyone got what they needed.
Excellent staff who go above and beyond and clearly work very hard to make the hotel the place it is.
Lovely stay and will definitely consider a return visit here

We stayed at The Residence side of this hotel but frequently visited the Sensatori part of building because we have stayed there twice before and wanted to see the new renovations which are fantastic and all done in the 4 months the hotel closes.
Apart from the building changes nothing else changed with regard to the service, friendliness and efficiency off all the staff. Special mention to Halit in the steakhouse restaurant for his kind attention also to Hakan at Carreta beach bar as well as Hossein and Abdullah in the main bar. Superb service from everyone but especially from those mentioned.
The place is excellent throughout and would recommend it to anybody whether you be families or adults only.

We recently stayed at Sensatori Akra Fethiye and overall had a really lovely experience as a family.

The food and drinks was very good, and as people who’ve previously stayed at Ikos resorts, the à la carte options were something we really value. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality and variety here. We also loved the coffee shops and the ice cream parlour - such a nice touch around the resort.

In the first few days, our children were disappointed that there were no dairy‑free ice cream options available. After speaking with guest relations, several dairy‑free choices were introduced for the rest of our stay. What amazing service , the staff genuinely can’t do enough for you.

We never had an issue finding sunbeds, no matter what time we went down, and the children’s facilities were fantastic. Our kids especially loved the TUI Bot shows in the evenings.

The beach service was first class, and being able to order drinks through the QR codes was so convenient. The whole resort is immaculate, and you can see how hard the staff work to keep everything spotless.

Unfortunately, three out of four of our party experienced stomach issues during the trip. This did put a bit of a damper on the holiday, and although we really did enjoy so much about the hotel, the stomach problems have made us hesitant about returning.

Overall, a beautiful resort with excellent service, great food, and wonderful family facilities, but sadly the stomach issues held us back from giving it a full five stars.

Amazing hotel 3rd time we have stayed all Staff so friendly work hard to make your holiday. A big thank you to Halit who has always looked after us very well he showed us around the newly refurbished buffett restraunt which is amazing we agreed the transformation to modern chic and quiet luxury gives it 10 out f 10 already booked for next year highly recommend this hotel

Fantastic 2nd time holiday here all staff and I mean everyone were amazing couldn't do enough for us ! Beautiful place comfortable and relaxing and food was top quality 👌 Hakan was our waiter on beach amazing Abdullah in piano bar again amazing singers and entertainment great ! Ezra was such a sweet waitress and all worked so hard can't wait to get back thankyou everyone cleaners and not forgetting the chefs
