We were in a suite. Very spacious and clean. The breakfast was very good and was ready on time. (We had to be out early for an event). Very friendly and attentive staff.
A King size bed would have made the experience a little better. A dishwasher would be nice to ensure the dishes are clean, but there is a sink and washing supplies.

Location. Check in staff were polite. Would have preferred room near elavator or near ice machine. Perhaps when guests book online or check in to mention it. Guests often have traveled a distance and are tired...maybe not ask!
Nice staff, back balcony gives a nice view of the river, daughter loved the pool!

Stayed at the Best Western Otanabee from Aug 7 to Aug 9. After a long day of travel we wanted to shower and were met with hair in the tub and on the walls from the previous guests. We rinsed the tub out the best we could so we could get quick showers in without paying to much attention to our surroundings. We mentioned it to front desk the next morning as we found it unappetizing to shower in someone elses hair specifying there was still hair on the walls. We asked if they could give the shower a good look when they passed for housekeeping. We even mentioned it to housekeeping as we were leaving for the day and they said they would take care of it. Once back from another day out and about, we were met with all the hair in the exact same spots. Mentioned it again to the front desk the next morning and again nothing was done. We understand we are not staying at a 5-star establishment, but when the bare minimum is being done and the hotel is charging over $200 a night, you question if they care more about their profits or the people paying for the rooms. We can only imagine where else the bare minimum is being done around the hotel, but we'd rather not think about it too much. To the next guests staying in room 219, keep an eye out for hair on the walls of the shower. It's likely still there.
