Loved it except for not being able to use the pool the day we checked in
Pros:

Lovely staff and great breakfast

Cons:

We specifically booked this hotel to use the pool and whirlpool but they were not open for our day there which was so disappointing

Pros:

Very familiar- our go-to motel. Consistently good. Buffet breakfast is a good feature too. Pleasant and efficient front counter reception and housekeeping staff as well. Morning dining room staff cheery and helpful too.

Comfortable stay
Pros:

Hot breakfast consisting of egg patties or scrambled eggs, ham, yogurt, waffles, etc. Rooms have comfortable mattresses. Excellent indoor pool.

The pool was a nice temp and nice size.

The showers had great water pressure.

The beds were clean and the sheets were fresh and clean but the mattresses were a bit too firm for me and some of the others in the group.

The water purification system in the lobby was a pleasant surprise and the coffee machine was very nice with lots of options.

Breakfast was very nice with lots of options both days. The room was a little small for the number of people but still ok with a larger crowd.

It’s a nice location on the river (but watch out for duck/goose poop), and close to many restaurants and the farmers market which was lovely.

Cons:

The mattresses were a bit too firm.
The a/c didn’t work in our room but, when I told the front desk, they said they’ll tell maintenance immediately.

Great night stay
Pros:

Very nice salt water pool with deep 6 ft area for swimming, comfy beds very clean.

Good people make bad experiences better....
Pros:

Tara on the front desk is what hospitality is all about and what is used to be. She made our stay a lot more pleasurable with some issues that we had earlier. We will definitely be sending an email to corporate about our experience both positive and negative. It went from not very good to 100% better. Thank you Tara for being very good at your job!

If you are booking this hotel make sure and book the tower block as the other rooms are very dated and the carpet is in
